Very professional sales team
Very professional sales team, they were so helpful & answered all my questions. However unlike the recliner chair I bought from Glebe this scooter was just dumped on me, a 75 Yr old living alone & it took 3days to find someone to just lift it out of the packaging put it together & charge up, even then I could not get it to work so I'm not impressed with whatever service Glebe call that. There should be a duty of care when delivering such an item to an elderly person. At least open & take it out of the box I would've tipped

I wanted to clarify that the furniture you ordered includes delivery and setup. Your scooter is delivered to the room of your choice, though the engineers aren’t trained to provide additional assistance beyond that. However, we’re always happy to add extra notes for customers who may need a little more help, and we also offer a third‑party white‑glove service which includes engineer set up and demo for £95.
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding.

Helpful staff accommodated a visit to try out power chairs. No hard sell. Bought Halo power chair, delivered the next day. Very competitive price. Only had the Halo a few days, so far so good.

Foldable motor scooter met all my requirements
I found an article recommending the foldable motor scooter which met all my requirements. I ordered on line and the scooter arrived the next day and it was just what I needed. I did encounter a problem with the charger but customer service was brilliant and a new charger arrived the next day and works perfectly. This was also followed up with a phone call from customer service to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great service.

Delivery came on time and at the specified date. Not that it matters, but thought the delivery team was quite young -even though they did know what they were about. Had the chairs up in no time. I'm not sure if they are meant to, but there was no demonstration on how to use the chairs and although they took the bulky packing away there was no operation manuals for the chairs which is mentioned on the website as being included. These are small things and do not detract anything from the service we received. Overall, we are happy with the products and would recommend the company if you are looking for a reclining chair or other mobility equipment.
