First class training from Emma. Incredibly supportive and could not fault it.

Emma was great on the Teams call, nothing was too much trouble and the website was explained brilliantly.

Emma was extremely helpful, gave a concise and easy to follow introduction to Glenigan and made sure we were confident to go away and use it ourselves, including setting up a catch up call to check how we are finding it. Would definitely recommend her :)

Hasti was very helpful & enthusiastic and made sure that we understood the various search options and reporting. We have learnt a few more tips on how to get the most out of the platform.

Dawn took me through the Glenigan site in a very clear and methodical way. The pace of her tuition was just right, enabling me to keep pace with her, without going in too much depth either. An excellent introduction to the site which is full of relevant and detailed information. I’m looking forward to discovering it in more detail and it’s good to know that Dawn and her team are available for support if needed.

AVOID THIS COMPANY !
This corrupt scamming company will promise you a great service but you will get anything but. They do not make anyone aware of the automatic renewal each year and you have to let them know 90 days before it’s due ????? Without a single reminder. The more people that stand up to this disgusting firm the better as this is not fair practice and if they believe in their product so much then wouldn’t have to use aggressive tactics to gain money and let people renew themselves if they want to. UK law is becoming more wise to this and will be stepping in next year but for now they continue to gain thousands by unfair business.

Just recently meeting Hasti on Teams, it was a pleasure to meet her, and run through our demands and needs and to be helped with certain aspects of the platform that we were not already using and with this additional knowledge, I hope will help us engage with new clients and business. Hasti supplied some great advice and tips on how we can improve our search, and we look forward to seeing the results.

I have in the past had great success with Glenigan, but is now lacking on up to date information i.e. a project has been awarded to a main contractor we know , but on Glenigan it is showing as pre tender . Awful .

Also be very careful of the automatic re subscription without notification .

Emma Shale was really friendly, helpful, and productive throughout the session. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood the best way to use the system for my workflow. I came away with a much better understanding of the platform and some really useful practical steps to move forward. Really appreciate her support and would definitely recommend working with her.

We had a training call with Dawn today, she took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of our questions and gave us some tips on extra features that we weren't aware of - highly recommended!!
