Affordable and great aftersales

I ordered a pre-waxed chain from GLF, because they were the cheapest incl. shipping. Since they're in Northern Ireland, there are no import duties for EU and UK customers.
Nevertheless, the postal service in the Netherlands gave me a bit of grief regarding duties. Luckily GLF were very helpful in getting it fixed. Furthermore, their response time was very short.
I'm a happy customer and I have now ordered their hot wax too. I've only put 130km on my chain, so no long-term conclusions yet. At the very least, the whole thing stays very clean.

Great wax, product and service support

Great product and service. Top eco credentials, easy application with plenty of instruction. I’m a novice at it was easy peasy. Rides very smoothly from the get go. Superb customer service, nothing too much trouble. Smells great too!!
