Dreadful experience, hair extension bad quality hair bad service overall.

Natasha is super helpful, helped with my colour match & ordering. Other brands have no customer service like this one! Hair is also amazing, I bought Pure Range & feels like silk. Highly recommend xxx

Amazing service! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and reassuring throughout my order. It was my first time buying hair extensions and they went out of their way to help, even checking with the warehouse to make sure everything was sent on time. I have been using GLHair extensions for twelve years and wouldn’t use any other brand of hair on my clients. I use the Pure Range and my clients love it and get at least a years wear sometimes more and staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been using GL Hair ever since I passed my extensions course and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Their hair is just unreal😍 super smooth, shiny, and barely tangles. My clients always compliment how well it lasts! I get so many messages about how gorgeous and easy to maintain it is. It doesn’t discolour, shed, or lose its shine, which makes my job so much easier.

The team at GL Hair are also amazing🥹 always so kind, approachable, and quick to reply. They’ve been my biggest cheerleaders, and that little confidence boost goes such a long way. I’ll definitely continue using and working with GL Hair… I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say!❤️

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Within a couple of weeks, the hair dye from the extensions washed out, leaving me with hair that should have been dark brown, but was now light blonde.
I showed them videos and pictures, and used their products.
Refused to give me a refund, made me pay postage and packing to send the hair to them, for them to accuse me of dying them (I have never dyed my hair), and still refused me a refund and then asked me to pay post and packing to send the hair back to me!

Great quilty hair from pure range soft smooth and natural very happy with my purchase.

Do NOT buy this hair if you want it to last more than 2 months. I used minimal heat, no sulphates etc, yet the hair wouldn’t stop shedding, almost broke my hoover from how much hair would come out every time I’d brush it (gently) I can’t believe I spent £300 on a weave for it to become so dry and brittle in such short time space. Disappointing.

After doing my Hair extension courses with Belle Hair Academy they helped me set up my Trade account with GL. I’ve used them for a year now on all my clients and not one of them has ever had anything bad to say. I love their hair and the customer service is always on point. Thank you guys! Couldn’t recommend enough 💕

HORRIBLE HAIR!! DO NOT BUY!!!! I have had them in for 3 months I bought the weft which cost £330 150g 24 inch and its shed soooo much a good 4-5 inches. I've used professional products and always look after my extentions, they went so thin, notty and dry. When I first recieved it i called them out for falsely advertising as they say the thickness is the same top to bottom, I sent a pic to my hair dresser and she said that it was very sparse on the ends. I still went for it to be installed and it didn't look too bad, but I new what was going to happen and it has....I am now saving up for remi cachet and putting this weft in the bin!!! So annoying, please do not buy hair from this company
