Same as everyone else - been scammed.

Ordered 2nd June. Heard nothing after a confirmation e-mail.

E-mailed 12th June and got no reply. E-mailed again 18th June.

Nothing.

This company is not genuine, it is a scam. I bought 2 bras from the so called Glizara on the 29th of May 2024. Never received the items nor the tracking order number. I contacted them several times asking for my order and requesting for a refund. I never heard from them. Now the order and every information for the company has disappeared from the Shopify app. This so called shopify is a scam too. They don't help customers to claim their monies back like PayPal does. How do we report companies like them

Order placed on 25.05.24. Acknowledgement received. No parcel or further communication. How can we get a refund? Very disappointed 😞

Like a lot of other people on here I placed an order on 2/5/24 they took the money within days. Then nothing emailed on the 30/5/24 got an email back saying my parcel had been despatched and I would get the tracking details soon. It’s now the 18/6/24 no tracking email or delivery and no replies to 2 further emails. So looks like this is a con/scam

Scam! Ordered two bras, Nothing arrived

Not received my order at all. Contacted for a refund no response. Seen the shop had been re named something else tried to contact that email, no response. Seems both sites are down how do I get my refund???

I ordered back in April and have yet to receive anything. Have emailed and nothing. Definitely a scam. Do not order as they will just steal your money.

Never received my order. Emailed a few times. Finally received a reply that there was an issue with shipping. Still contracting. My back credited me with the charges. I can track the purchase through the Shop app and now the company is called Luminaria. Be careful. Total scam.

The scalloped neckline adds a touch of elegance to this already perfect bra. So glad I found it.

Ordered May 31 2024, money taken straight away. Email confirmation received. Tried to contact several times with no response when I never received a shipping email or the order itself. Thought paying for the shipping insurance would protect my purchase more but I was wrong. There site is all wiped from the internet.

I love how this bra doubles as a crop top. The trendy two-tone design is a nice touch too.

What a scam! Usually never buying from those sponsored on FB. How this is allowed and passed as legit.
No order no money.

A total scam. Ordered their product, then nothing ever arrived. Numerous emails sent by me received promising replies, but no goods were ever forthcoming. Do not do business with these crooks.

Ordered 2 X bras, paid for them, still not received them, it's been over 6 weeks now, contacted them several times no response! I've requested a refund nothing!
They don't even acknowledge my emails. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them!!!

Ordered the 1st of June.. The so called tracking link has disappeared, along with my money.. If anyone has any advice on how to make a complaint (I tried shopify since that's where my money went, but it's a super unhelpful site) or a claim, let me know

Company is a scam I've been waiting since 1st May for my order and they aren't answering emails for a refund. Currently trying to resolve with my bank.

I usually do read reviews if I had read these reviews I would definitely not hav ordered anything. So disappointed. Ordered about a month ago still haven't received anything. Don't hold out much hope now.

Total scam the site has now disappeared along with my £62

Finally, a bra that provides support without underwire poking. It's soft, breathable and supportive.

Made an order May 1st 2024.
Told it had been received dated May 2nd 2024.
Also told it was being prepared on that date and heard nothing since.
Several emails sent but no response back.
May well have been scammed.
