I placed an order on may and I still not received it, now I can’t get through to the company 😡 they took my money

Shipping was incredibly fast! The bra fits like a dream and is so breathable. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Cannot award zero stars, but this company is a SCAM! They've taken my payment, but I've no delivery of goods bought. Order page no longer there, company page no longer there. DO NOT USE!!!

The bra is a great addition to my wardrobe. It's comfortable, supportive and fits perfectly. However, the delivery took a bit longer than expected. Nonetheless, I'm happy with the purchase.

ordered Bras 23rd April... by May no bras... sent email... got an email back fobbing me off about so much interest etc etc..
beginning of June sent another email, received email back saying 15 days.. Guess what? yup no bras sent another email... no response!! cowboy company!! stay away!!

I would have given 0 stars if possible. I ordered off the website and my delivery was supposed to be by June 12, 2024 but did not receive anything nor did I receive any communication. I contacted the customer service and they sent me an email saying that they were behind and that they are NOT as fast as Amazon. One I wasn't expecting them to be and two there should be some type of communication. I have sent them a couple of more emails asking for an update with NO response. It's been a full month that I PAID for a product and still do not have. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Was worried about the fit, but the size chart was spot on. It's so comfy and flattering. The Floreal Cooling Bra is amazing.

No more underwire poking! This bra is soft yet supportive and it breathes well too. Perfect for everyday wear and super comfy.

Placed an order 02May24 for 2 x bras - nothing arrived
Emailed 03Jun24 & recvd reply stating long delays & only tracki g number once goods arrive in UK.
Emailed again 11Jun24 - no response.
Tried to go into website - says there's an issue - same with emails today 27Jun24
Assume a complete SCAM.

Ordered 2 bras 2 months ago and no sign of them. Looks like I'm not the only one - no reply to e-mails and now the website has disappeared. AVOID!

Only putting a star because obligatory. This company is a scam. 2 months ago they had the complete and utter gall, to tell me they were not Amazon and that I should be patient! A month late - they had run out of stock - altho’ they were still advertising on insta - since then - silence. I’ve asked my bank to deal with them

Finally found a bra that doesn't dig into my sides! The jelly gel is a game changer for comfort. It's so breathable too. Love it!

Ordered back in April and contacted several times via email. No response have requested a refund as still not received on 27th June , do not order from this company as clearly not reliable

Another scam victim! Ordered two bras over a month ago. Went to check about tracking or really anything, and the site was gone. The links to click about it on the email were totally dead links. Pssh, can't believe I fell for it. Just a lesson to be more careful with who I buy from, I guess... 😠

Ordered about 6 weeks ago, not heard anything back. Emailed customer service numerous times but no reply.
Very disappointed.

I was getting bombarded with adverts so I looked them up and saw great reviews. Placed order. They changed status to “Ready to Ship” and they took my money 6 June 24 and nothing. I’ve messaged and messaged customer service got no responses. Now website has been closed down. Avoid avoid avoid.

I've struggled with bras due to my larger chest, but this one keeps everything in place without feeling restricted. The support is excellent.

The bra is comfortable, supportive, and provides a smooth silhouette. However, the delivery was delayed, which was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, I'm pleased with the bra itself.
