SCAM DO NOT ORDER

3 weeks since my order was placed and paid for and there have been zero updates on shipping, with no goods received. I contacted them 3 times and only received one response promising an update on shipping, but nothing further received. Do not order!!! They take your money and then lie.

Order placed 10/5, sent an email 31/5 told “currently experiencing a high volume of orders, which has impacted our usual dispatch times.” Went to check order today and email links all strange. Website down. Have raised a dispute with bank.

SCAM!! I ordered bras on 20th May, didn’t hear anything, contacted them to ask where they were and got a reply about a delay but would definitely be shipped, I’ve emailed again as still nothing and website has been taken down. I have raised it with my bank.

I was always adjusting my old bras, but with this one, I forget I'm even wearing it. The comfort is unreal, and it provides great support.

I ordered on 23rd May, £34.99 for two bras still not received, contacted them to try and cancel the order. Did not respond, contacted them again and got a response about them not being able to cancel it. I still haven’t received my order! I’m so annoyed it’s a scam, no tracking number nothing and now no replies to emails either 😡

Placed an order on 30 April 2024 after seeing Facebook/Instagram ads. Order never shipped within the time stated in the confirmation email. Emails to the company went unanswered, or I received excuses & was told to be patient, before I finally lodged a dispute with my bank on 25 May 2024. Upon informing the company of this, I was told I would receive my refund in 10-15 days, from 1 June 2024, but I still haven't received it. I tried emailing them again yesterday, but the email bounced back &, upon checking, their website is gone. I hope my dispute with my bank is successful, otherwise my money is gone. Avoid these scammers!

I placed an order for 2 bras, £34.99, on 25/5/24. Having not even received a conformation email I should have been suspicious, but by the 4/6 not heard or received anything, I emailed. I received, what I know now, was a standard reply, inundated with orders, been dispatched and a tracking number would follow. Well, surprise, surprise, nothing! I have emailed Sofia several times with absolutely no response at all.
Having now read reviews I should never have purchased anything in the first place.
Scam company which pops up still on instagram, under another name, it's impossible to name all the names this company uses but beware of any company that doesn't have a contact number.

This bra is amazing! I forget I'm even wearing it. The wide straps are a lifesaver, and it's perfect for larger busts. Highly recommend.

Another victim here. Please, do research before you order from anyone. Ordered on 3rd May, and nothing. Messaged them on 28th May. Same standard response. Sorry, there is a delay, will send tracking info blah blah blah. Still nothing so asked for a refund. Definitely a Scam!

Ordered 2 bras on 27/5/24 and received a confirmation of the order, since then nothing. No replies to emails and no bras. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering them!

Complete scam. No product received. Spent £35 in April and nothing received at all. Initial responses about delays from Support@ but now that has stopped and nothing.
Totally fraudulent - their ads are still running on FB I see.
I'm not easily taken in so I'm pretty cross.

Ordered on 30th of April and never received. Site now no longer exists.

Was worried about the fit, but the size chart was spot on. The bra is so comfy and flattering. Best purchase ever.

I am contacting my bank for a refund. They have messed me around for far too long. I have reported them to action plus.

I have written to them numerous times and they have continued to ignore or fob off my messages.

Almost two months and no products delivered. At first they responded to my texts advising my purchase would be sent soon. That was over a month ago. I have also emailed with zero response. Complete Scammers!!!! DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. I’m sure they are completely BS.

Scam!!!! I ordered bras worth £34.99 from this website on the 23rd of May 2024, and it showed my order number was #11034. It's almost a month now with no email to confirm my order, and no order has been delivered. Decided to check website, and it now shows website can't be reached and doesn't exist. I decided to check reviews on this company, only to find many similar reviews on trustpilot. What is most painful to me is I made this purchase with a credit card and would most definitely have to repay. I am so saddened and distraught with this!

Update on my previous review, still no sign of order and no further comms from ‘Glizara.’

I have now raised a dispute with my bank and they’ve told be that if enough people do the same then they will be blacklisted by visa and Mastercard.

Looks like I will get my money back via my bank which I didn’t expect - I just wanted to try and warn others but if you’re in the same boat (as most of us seem to be) then it’s worth speaking with your bank.

I ordered the BOGOFF offer on 8th May I received a confirmation email with and order number but have not received my Bras I have sent emails but no response I'm soo angry with myself looks like I've been scammed

Do not order from this company .....ordered 6 weeks ago still no bra recieved. I've emailed them to request a refund 3 time no reply to my emails.Complete scam.
