Our payment system is indeed based on classic subscriptions with tacit renewal (such as Duolingo, Babbel, etc.).
We have done our best to make this system clear and visible on the site: the information is given on the pages presenting our courses, the subscription pages, the shopping cart and checkout page, in our T&Cs, in our FAQ and in your account settings.
Your subscription can indeed be terminated as soon as you wish in just a few clicks: go to your learning space and then go to your profile by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen. Then click on "Settings", then "Subscriptions" and the "Unsubscribe" button is available next to the active subscription.
We understand that this situation may cause you inconvenience but unfortunately, we have done our best to make this information visible throughout your shopping experience. In order to enjoy a free trial on GlobalExam, you do not need to fill in your bank details, you simply have to register with your email address.
If you were charged with a subscription fee, it means you actually filled in your bank details, accepted our terms and conditions and an additional statement that indicates that you have waived your right of withdrawal in order to access our Premium content right away.
Regarding your numerous emails and phonecalls, please know that we are closed on week-ends (as indicated on our website) and therefore could not answer the 3 messages you sent us right after your purchase, yesterday, on Sunday.
Nevertheless, please know that our teams are currently investigating your request and will come back to you as soon as possible.

This a good platform to learn languages but not for exam
This a good platform to learn languages but this is not adapted for IELTS exam. There was no teacher trained for IELTS and in total there were maybe 15 teachers for english which is not enough, that's was quite complicated to get a class at the right time. In general this a good platform I recommend it but not for exam training.

Also some of dialogues aren’t recorded. Instead transcripts are proposed directly without choice.
