I have funds in a wallet on this site and they are advising I have to deposit the equivalent of $17,000 in my account just so I can withdraw the money I have in the account.
How is this not a scam? There was no mention of that when I created the account. I'm very disappointed because I need to withdraw the funds and am not receiving any customer support.
