Friendly, gracious, and patient service.
The wire arrived in a timely fashion and as ordered with respect to gauge, length, and color. Lina was particularly helpful in making a change from my original order in the gauge of the grounding wire. She was able to get the change made without any delay in shipping. Overall a great experience.

First order struggles - UPDATED
UPDATE--Was reached out to personally by a team-member on a Sunday afternoon who appologized for the delay. He told me he would personally follow-up and ensure shipping as soon as possible. He also kindly refudned me my shipping.
*ORIGINAL ISSUE--Ordered 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Reached out to customer service numerous times and keep getting the same answer “it'll be out soon.”

Delay for processing
The product was just what I ordered. I’m just not happy about the wait time for processing the order. 5-7 days is a long time. I have another order and I have to wait on it also. I placed this order last Wednesday and it still has not been fulfilled.

UPS Lost My Wire 0.o
UPS lost my wire, it arrived at a shipping depot "package was empty", I called global wire and told them what was going on and they shipped me a replacement the next day. This is my 5th purchase and my 1st problem. Wire has been great and they took care of the problem they didn't create ASAP. Great people to do business with. Thank you.
