The service is very reasonably priced and they are very responsive to any issues. They also have some robust self-service capabilities - I was able to set up a multi-person set of call trees on my own! We were satisfied enough after the first year to renew, and we plan to stick with them for the long term.

Just wanted to share my experience and highlight the exceptional support by United World Telecom (UWT) in restoring the services. As an UWT customer, I unfortunately delayed providing required documents on time which resulted in line cancellation by the local telecom authorities, however rigorous efforts and follow ups by United World Telecom representatives made it successful in restoring the service on the same numbers. I really appreciate and am thankful for continued support by all involved.

Customer service is great. There are always people available for support and even though it's online, they understand the queries well and help you with what is needed.

Disconnected our line with immediate effect without a minute's notice due to rule change in the country. They should have notified their customers and given them enough time to find alternative solutions.
