Lack of communication and refusal to refund investment after the "guaranteed" time period to raise capital.
Signed up with this company to assist in captial raise for new private equity fund. Everything in beginning took longer than stated but finally some materials were produced. Company offered a 120 day guarantee to secure at least $1million in funding or refund the $5000 initial fee. Way more than 120 days has passed and now can't get even a response or returned email or call from company.
Now the company has sent Trustpilot two responses to this review. First to try and say it is defamatory and now to try and say this review is really about another company. But the other company they offered up is absolutely not Capitilista. I also tried again to reach out to them directly but of course still no response to me. Just appears to be trying to cover up the truth about this situation.
