Great support
There were some initial delays and technical difficulties, however as soon as the staff realised, they bent over backwards to give me access to the course before the weekend, as I had asked. They coordinated their response very quickly and in a matter of hours I had full access to the course.
Avoid!!!!!
I have been studying with these for a couple of years and had always received really good service and communications. However, the last 2 courses I have done I have purchased hard copies of my certs, the first took almost 3 months to arrive and my most recent one is 2 months and I am yet to receive it. Their customer service is appalling, they never answer the phone, queries submitted through the chat function are read by them and remain mainly unanswered and the odd response you do get you are fobbed off. Don't bother using the company for training.

I Paid £989 on 6 December 2024 for…
I paid £989 for a Prince2 Agile course in December 2024. While I received access to the digital course and materials, I experienced very poor communication and had to chase the company for everything.
In January 2026, the company offered me a 60% refund (£593.40) as a goodwill gesture, which I accepted in writing. Since then, they have stopped responding and the refund has not been processed.

Fraudsters do not do any courses with these bunch. Big time scammers. Just courses no exams. After waiting for more than 1 year. They have agreed to refund the 60%. But from that email its being over 3 months and no reply. Do not purchase any course from them.
Paid in July and Still No Certificate After Months of Chasing
I paid £35 on 08/07/2025 for a certification and chased for the first time on 01/08/2025 after receiving no updates. Since then, I have continued to follow up — at least 10 times in total — including further messages in August and November 2025, yet I still haven’t received a single meaningful update or the certificate itself.
The complete lack of communication has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
I completed the certification early so I could meet the requirements for a new job role that needed physical proof of certification. The delay has actively affected my recruitment process, and I’m only fortunate that my employer agreed to go ahead with employment after seeing screenshots of my online completion and the emails I’ve sent chasing this issue.
For a paid service, this experience has been unacceptable. Months later, I still have no certificate, no explanation, and no support.
Certificate never delivered despite full payment and fast completion
I paid in full on day one and completed the Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education in under three months, finishing all units by September 2025 with no issues at any stage. All work was passed, positive feedback was received, and I was formally confirmed as having completed the qualification.
There was no actual teaching involved — the course consisted mainly of links and written materials, which I worked through independently. Despite this, I met all requirements quickly and without needing support.
I was told the External Quality Assurance (EQA) process would be completed by the end of November and that certification would follow shortly. After November passed, there was no communication at all.
Only after submitting a formal complaint in December did I receive a response, confirming that the EQA had already been completed and that they were “waiting for the certificates to be released by the awarding body.” I was also told my case was a priority.
It is now months after course completion and over a month since that assurance, yet I still have no certificate, no timeline, and no updates. Emails and live chat messages have gone unanswered.
Paying students should not be ignored after completing a qualification that directly affects employment and career progression. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and failure to deliver certification within a reasonable timeframe.
