Everything was fantastic! The only small, minor detail is that I never received an email stating that my glasses had been sent out. Other than that everything else is awesome!

Recently purchased a progress pair - what I got was two thick cheap glasses glued together on a cheap frame. The glasses were crafted (borrowed from the other outfit) in some back street in India. The worst part is that this outfit refuses to respond to your e-mails and calls after the sale is done. They will bend backwards to get you to buy with all the false promises online (30-day money back etc.). I also sent a message to a guy by name Arjun Sagar who is apparently CEO - NO response.

My guess is that all the five star reviews are done by a few hired guys in India to pump up the ratings.

The glasses I bought were very inexpensive but of low quality. I doubt they will last more than a year. Also, the picture on the website was not completely accurate--the glasses look different in real life.

The pair of glasses I received from Global are wonderful. The fit and quality of the

weeks for delivery - which is my only reservation about this order. The company
does a pretty good job of letting you know the status of your order, but better to order
before you need them.

I would recommend your services to anyone but I advise to bundle a small order (say at least 2 specs ) to economise on postage cost, if possible.

I basically shopped here because I wanted a pair of sunglasses with Rx lenses without paying a lot. I don't need designer glasses, just the basics. They were an excellent price and although it certainly isn't designer quality, it was an excellent price I felt good about.

I ordered my first pair of progressive glasses. I loved the frames I picked out that stated they were compatible with progressives. I was a bit confused when ordering as it asked me if my lenses were for reading or distance. I selected reading thinking the prescription would be self explanatory. When I tried on my glasses they were reading glasses and reading only. I checked the website again, which still stated the frames were compatible with progressives. I selected a random frame and went through the ordering process to discover this set of frames had the option for progressive along with reading or distance. Frames should not state they are compatible with progressive lenses if they are not. I had to pay duty on my glasses and then the return shipping so am now on $30, and I have nothing to show for it.

It took some time to become comfortable with fitting and trying frames online, but the results were fantastic. I am very satisfied and would recommend Global to everyone! I already have referred two people and one person bought four pairs of glasses.

I bought some glasses there a few weeks ago because they are so cheap. As expected processing took a few days. But then 6-7 days went by with no tracking code. It said it was shipped though. Then about 16 days after I ordered they showed up without notice. Customer service didn't help and I had no idea where my product was.
