I ordered a 1st set of re-lenses for an existing set of frames that I have and still like. I was happy with them. So I ordered a set for single vision reading only glasses soon after. These were like the others of very fine quality and I'm amazed by that actually. This company provides very good very functional glasses for less money than their competition. I'm so satisfied I recently ordered another set of "re-lensed" frames for another set of glasses that had gotten cracked after being dropped twice. These people do good a competent work.

Very happy with the great service and product but had to buy last pair from another site because they discontinued my frame type.

I ordered a pair of brown sunglasses from Global eyeglasses in July 2016, and since then I have been sent the incorrect order TWICE! I have now returned yet another pair of glasses as I await Global Eyeglasses to fix their second error. It has been two months since my initial order. Customer service has been terrible and is only conducted via email.

Their lenses are accurate and functional. Also, their coating is durable. This is my second pair from them ( I stepped on the 1st pair). The shipping was quick as it arrived a day earlier than they projected

This company is a joke, I ordered two pairs of glasses and they told me the both broke during fitting, then told me to order another pair, then one pair never were sent.(I got one pair) then they told me to pick another pair, again which I and I'm still waiting for them, it was July 29th!! I've sent countless emails and because they have no phone i cannot call them. They have stole my money and I could not be more angry. Honestly they would get 0 stars from me.

I return to this company over and over again because their products are incredible; customer service is also personalized. I just received - for $29 total - a great pair of tortoise shell "Ririe"s. I put them on and instantly loved them! They work for both "Your Honor" and "Hey There" - am facing ex in court, and maybe dating one day. I got compliments on day one, woman wrote down name of company, noting how much her "store" glasses cost, and I tell everyone about this company! I also love my sunglasses from the Freedom collection - purchased for trip overseas. Travel was costly, and I loved the affordable price! They look amazing! I'll never forget making a bored man's day as my cute dog and I grooved to jams, windows down, wearing my "sunnies", blonde hair flowing! I also purchases two other pairs from company - my "sturdy" every day pair were even slept in! Another pair from "Freedom", rimless, got many, many compliments. I am a very, very satisfied global eyeglasses.com customer!

Hey everyone! I just bought my 6th pair of glasses and let me tell you, they have never let me down! Always an enjoyable experience. They have the best customer service around. If you need to email in, ask for Aditi. She is very thorough and prompt. We are basically best friends now! They really stand by their product and I have always been happy. If there was a pair I didn't like, Aditi immediately answered back and resolved the situation immediately. I highly recommend this site!

after being told they dont ship your order until the company has 200-250 orders to ship , i expressed concern for why they charge for shipping and how they can ensure an order gets shipped within an acceptable timeframe-- i was replied to by an agent (aditi sagar) who accused me of doing this with all my online purchases to get free product, called me SAD for doing it, and then issued me a refund i NEVER asked for. I never wanted nor asked for a refund, just my package to be shipped, and this is what i was told. horrible customer service and shipping protocols. and their agents will attack you. dont waste your money, youll wait about a month to get your order anyway - go to eye buy direct or zenni...

I usually get new glasses every other year, but my usual place didn't have any new frames that I liked so i decided to try Global because of the different choices they offered. Ordered my frames they took at least 4 weeks before they arrived, which is a very long time I may add. My prescription had changed so I knew my eyes were going to need time to adjust but after about 3 weeks i couldn't stand the throbbing and blurriness that I was experiencing so I went to make sure my lenses were correct. I was told my PD was wrong in both lenses. No big deal I though I would just send them back, get my money back and order from my reliable source. Low and behold they don't offer 100% money back like they claim, they offer 75% money back because you are responsible for their restocking fee!! In a nutshell DON'T order from this company! They are slow to deliver, and thieves. To add insult to injury i was informed they were willing to redo inspection of my PD and if it was off within the allowable tolerance they may not even need a redo!! My vision is not an allowable tolerance, I don't wear glasses for fun, I have a family depending on me to get it right the first time...
