This is the worst logistics company ive…

This is the worst logistics company ive ever dealt with.. the costumer service don't answer my inquiries and then close the phone on me. I've ordered something from taobao and then i asked for them to return everything because when all my items arrived in my country (saudi arabia) the fees were incredibly HIGH for such small and cheap items :/ and one item that is kind of larger in size they haven't returned it to the seller yet and he hasnt refunded me yet because of this. this is such a terrible company and i hate to deal with them again

bad return service for Fashionnova…

bad return service for Fashionnova order. I have been waiting since August (we are in November) for a return of a package from Global Freight Systems LTD which says that Fashionnova does not accept to receive the package back. an order placed for the summer period and never arrived, in September they make themselves heard saying they have to pay taxes. I asked to send everything back but to this day everything is still standing. it is scandalous. I will never buy from them again. horrible experience

Don’t use Fashion Nova! Don’t pay Global Freight Systems! This is a scam!!

I have used Fashion Nova over the years and not had any issues and now I am being asked to pay £29.99 in VAT for goods the cost of £75.00. After several email exchanges with Global Freight Systems they are adamant that I need to pay this fee to get my goods. I have looked into this and the courier company that Fashion Nova use to ship to the UK work in conjunction with Fashion Nova and collect the Fashion Nova shipments from customs and than request the customer pays additional fees it’s a scam!! I have emailed Fashion Nova several times and they have been nothing but useless stating that the fees are custom fees and nothing to do with Fashion Nova! The reality is it is everything to do with Fashion Nova and they are fully aware of this operation! As a customer I paid for a shipping service and for my goods to be sent to the final destination without any additional fees! My goods are less than £135 so I shouldn’t have to pay any fees let’s alone VAT fees and administration costs! I will never use Fashion Nova again and I will make it my mission to share truthful and honest reviews on this company! I hope in time many customers stop using them and they have no operations in the UK! I feel truly disgusted on how I have been treated and I will never use Fashion Nova again!! SHEIN, Pink boutique and other retailers have just as nice clothes without all these ridiculous fees to pay in addition to your purchase. It is truly
deplorable what they are doing and I’m disgusted about this whole experience! Don’t use Fashion Nova!

I have made 2 orders from fashion nova…

I have made 2 orders from fashion nova and i received 36 pounds worth of tax and vat but none of my parcels had exceeded 135 pounds . I tried calling didnt work wrote 2 emails with no response of course . I dont know why this happened I've ordered 6 times before with the same amount . Bad part is if you dont pay you dont get the package and if you ask for money back from fashion nova you get credit instead . There is a 3 week period in which they hold your parcel in customs . If you dont pay they send it back . I will pay the amount and see if i get the package . Scam !

Can’t understand why people complain…

Can’t understand why people complain and cry ! So , i always order clothes from Fashion Nova USA . And normally I got a bill for tax from Germany/ Zoll . But last time I got two email from globalfreightsystems UK . And I was confused at first because I couldn’t understand why the UK wants tax from me , because the billing address is Germany and the parcels also go to Germany. I sent globalfreightsystems an email and they answered straight away. Very helpful and kind . I also asked a friend about that tax because he works for the Zoll . And everything was correct what they charged me . I payed my two parcels and I got my parcels fine . It took one week ( easter holidays) . I was absolutely happy with globalfreightsystems. Everything went well. I am a bit shocked about some ratings here . Yes , when u order something from the USA and you live in Europe you need to pay duty / tax . It was always like that !!!!! So why do people Act if they got robbed by this company. And by the way I just paid that tax once to the UK there was no other bill from Germany/ Zoll for tax .

Fast delivery and good customer service

When I first received an email from GFS, telling me that I had to pay a charge of £18 in VAT and processing fees, I was suspicious so I searched for reviews, which said about slow delivery and bad customer service. I sent them an email, expressing my concerns and they quickly replied, explaining to me at depth about the charges. So I paid the charge and I was very happy, I received my parcel very fast, around 7 days later!

As much as I love Fashion Nova is not…

As much as I love Fashion Nova is not worth it the hustle and time.
When ordering from their website/app it shows there that after having a certain amount of goods the delivery is free but in fact is not true. I had to pay extra £37 when arrived in UK. The order was delayed by 3 weeks. The reason that people wants to buy online is because we want easy life not this stress and extra money. Is ridiculous !!! I have been a good customer ordering £150 up to £500 orders and all I get from Fashion Nova is a voucher for my next order within 30 days for free shipment (which would have been anyway if I sped more then £100).
I have delete it my app and thanks but no thanks. You lost another UK customer

This is my first experience with GFS…

This is my first experience with GFS and it will for sure be my last.
I had ordered some items from Fashionnova on the 29th October 2019, i made sure i gave myself enough time for it to come as i have a holiday to Dubai on the 23rd November 2019. I have ordered from Fashionnova before and never once had a bad experience so i was not worried at all.

As i said i ordered my items and i was waiting to receive them. I received an email from GFS stating i owe customs fee's worth £27. I was shocked to see this as I've never had to pay this before. I went ahead and paid this on the 7th November 2019. The next update was that it was released to Hermes Courier the next day so the 8th November 2019. It is now the 18th November 2019 and i have had no updates in regards to where my parcel is.

When visiting the Hermes Website to check the Tracking status is still says my package is yet to be received and tracking information will be updated once received. This is the longest i have ever had to wait for a parcel from outside of the EU.

I have contacted GFS, who were very unhelpful and took no responsibility what so ever. They told me it had nothing to do with them now as they had released it to the courier and that i should contact them. I contacted Hermes who were also very unhelpful and said that Fashionnova haven't shipped it yet (which was wrong) and that they cant help me because they have nothing on there system and that they were still waiting for the package from sender.

I am now i'm limbo, and have 4 days until i fly out for my holiday. I spent a lot of money on these items including the customs fee, to just not receive it before my holiday.

This is despicable, and something i have never experienced before in my life. Such bad service and this has stopped me from ordering from Fashionnova completely! I do not need this stress before my vacation and i should not have to track down my own parcel like this.

I will write back here to update you guys on where it was left and how this was resolved, if it even gets resolved at this rate.

They are scammers

They are scammers. I ordered clothes from Fashionnova and i received an email from Global Freight Systems that i need to pay them money to get my clothes. I did not pay them the website looks very dodgy and they did not respond to my emails asking them how to pay them ( glad i didn't)
This was months ago, and in the end they returned my package to Fashionnova.
Do NOT give them your money.

Illegal activity

They’ve asked me to pay VAT and processing fees to a BANK ACCOUNT. I have reported them to action fraud as my order from FN was only £35 and I don’t need to pay any VAT for orders under £135. Please report them as what they are doing is illegal

If you see this Gfs email me

i ordered 8 items on the 24th of april from fashionova, the next day (April 15th) they said my shipment was on it’s way. this was at least £100 worth of clothes since I used a discount code which let me get 40% off. On may 17th I got an email saying I need to pay £27.19 in custom fees by ‘GFS’, I’ve ordered from fashionova before and this had never happened.At first I was a bit skeptical but on the 24th of May I paid the fee and GFS sent me a confirmation saying my payment has been successful. They then sent me a reference number claiming I’d be able to track it through yodel, I then contacted yodel and they said they’ve heard nothing about me parcel and it hasn’t gotten to them. I’ve emailed GFS several times and called but they haven’t answered any of my calls or emails. I’ve never had any problems with fashionova in the past I don’t know why all of a sudden hundreds of people are having problems with the company. I will keep you updated to see if my parcel ever arrives but I don’t know if it will reading all these reviews.

UPDATE:
in the end my parcel came, after several emails to Fashionnova and GFS everything came in one piece. The only thing off was their sizing they’ve changed it so I suggest get a size up. Even though GFS seems dodgy you get your items in the end. You’re clothes get taken through customs when you have a large sum of items and you use discount codes, it’s by law you have to pay fees and taxes

Absolutely shocking...

See review about fashionnova and global freight systems part in my situation:

I bought an item of clothing from the brand ‘fashionnova’ on the 24th of April 2019 but the item had still not arrived by the 19th but had been in London for two and a half weeks according to the tracking information! I’m only in Glasgow! I emailed fashionnova back on 7th of May to ask for an update to which I got no reply, then again on the 19th. In addition to emailing them I also messaged their Facebook which I got a reply to eventually and their Instagram to which I got no reply. I then got a response on the 20th from them AND the customs company who have the item. According to the tracking customs had my item for 2 and a half weeks before communicating with me to say they actually had it and that I needed to pay extra charges of another £15. I had no idea where it was until the 20th as they had not contacted me and i wasn’t given any link etc on the tracking to the website and wasn’t given a tracking number for the customs company/place. The time where I needed the dress has now lapsed and I don’t need it anymore and the customs people say it’ll be returned to fashionnova if I don’t pay the customs charges of nearly £15. Fashionnova refused to refund me my money even though it was in part due to their negligence in telling me who/what company had my item. They offered me a e-gift card so I’d have to buy from them again, wait another month and pay more customs charges on something else? Eh.... great Logic fashionnova well done... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Global freight systems Ltd (the customs company) should be ashamed of themselves for their part in this too, they claim to have contacted me back on the 2nd May and that they gave me 3 prior alerts/reminders but I checked EVERY folder in my email accounts and had ZERO communication from them until yesterday with their email with subject title ‘reminder 4’.
