We have been working with GP for an employee in Canada and based on our excellent experience with the company, we are now moving our UK employees to GP. It is very comforting to know everything is being handled according to each country's employment law, etc. We can't possibly be up to date on every country and GP gives us peace of mind. that we are doing things right!

I appreciate the assurance that compliance for my team is well-managed and that the benefits offered are comprehensive. All issues that are raised with the account manager do get addressed, regardless of the outcome. However, the system does lack the robustness of other HRIS platforms. That said, its simplicity is suitable for a smaller workforce.

Very hard system to navigate. People who support are not helpful.

Adrian is always responsive, super helpful, well-informed and most importantly knowledgeable! All of my questions are answered timely and completely. I rarely have any follow up or unanswered questions. He is also very dependable-I have come to rely on our monthly check ins!

The experience was fine, I preferred for those kind of services to have a direct point of reference, appointed as HR for the project with a direct communication, it was not always easy.
