OH.MY.GOD! Tried fish eggs and crab legs (11lbs) and it was SOOOOOO good, fresh and delicious! Ate some crab meat in sandwiches, the rest is in the freezer, i made crab cakes, my husband loves it! And fish eggs, yum! ready to eat it 4eva. Thank you, gonna order more!

I purchase caviar and king crab directly from Global in Bellevue. They are very helpful in finding the correct product for me. The caviar was very tasty! I have tried caviar from other sellers here and no one else compares.

I have purchased chum, pink and coho salmon roe from Global Seafoods. The price is the lowest that I have found, the caviar never leaks, and the delivery is almost immediate (I live in Seattle).
Global Seafoods is absolutely dependable in terms of price, quality and delivery. I cannot say how happy I am to have found this resource.

I thaw the trays in the refrigerator overnight, parse it into 2 oz portions in baby food Tupperware, and refreeze. On the morning that I plan to have caviar, I put one in the refrigerator to thaw. This works beautifully.

I served chum roe on toasted brioche, crème fraîche, chives and the tiniest bit of horseradish to my good friends. As appetizers, they were elegant and incredibly delicious, a huge success.

These were the best crab legs my family and I have ever had. Shipping was on time and packaging was perfect. I will definitely be ordering again.

I recently ordered 10 lbs of your coho salmon. Timeliness of the shipment and integrity of the frozen fillets both met expectations. One of the packages was opened with only two fillets in it, which I assume was done to meet the weight. I am not sure if the opened package contributed to the taste, but the first fillet had an extremely fishy smell, even when frozen. We eat wild salmon regularly, and I am concerned that the other 9+ lbs are going to have the same strong fishy odor and unpleasant taste. We have been getting our frozen Alaskan coho salmon from another company who has amazing, full fillets that have zero smell but can only be bought at the weekly farmer’s market. We switched to Global Seafoods based on the great reviews and convenience of online orders. Is there something that I am missing that would be causing the strong fishy smell or is that an expected characteristic of your fish?

Excellent service & delicious product, arrived in a timely fashion, well packed ... with each filet fish individually frozen.

The minimum order initially scared the daylights out of me, but once it arrived ... and I actually viewed the size of the fish and the overall quantity ... it was not quite as daunting as anticipated.

I battered and pan-fried a filet for the first time last night, and it was terrific.

For a little extra flavor, I made up a sauce of black garlic and organic mayo.

Absolutely love these lobster tails! They shipped quickly and were in perfect condition when they arrived. Ordering was easy and they are the best size to have with a small steak or by itself. I will definitely order from this company again. Hands down an all around great experience.
