They are claiming they have sent me e mails asking for information re my renewal. I have never gotten any in regular e mail or spam.

I have just tried calling their number twice, both times I waited in line and was disconnected as I was being transferred to a live person

Hi Tom, your review points to a communication gap: you were told that requests had been emailed, but could not find them in either your inbox or spam folder.

We have not yet been able to confidently match your name to an order. Please email immigration@globaltraveler.us.com with your order reference and the email address used for your purchase, using “Trustpilot – Tom Brown” as the subject.

Once the correct record is identified, we can check the correspondence history, confirm the contact address, and explain any information still needed for your renewal.

So far - Not so Good

So far, little to no action taken from this company who I have a card from. They asked me for a number on the card that starts with the number 9.... no such number exists. I sent them a copy of the card several times, but I continue to get the same message back. Frustrating but still hopeful.

Hi Jack, you mention sending your card several times, while our records show follow-up emails without a response recorded. We would like to reconcile those two sides of the correspondence rather than ask you to repeat the same steps.

Please call (407) 641-3729 or email immigration@globaltraveler.us.com with “Trustpilot – Jack Truschel” in the subject line. Forwarding the earlier email thread would help us locate the attachments already sent.

Our next step is to review what is on file and give you a precise explanation of any information still required.

I renewed online

I renewed online, which was very simple and quick. I received three emails. One noted that my application was received, the next that my application was being processed and shortly there after I received an email noting that my renewal was approved. It also included when I would receive my new card.
Very pleased

Hi Milagros, Global Traveler is a private application assistance company, independent of the U.S. government. The amount charged includes paid assistance in addition to the government application fee; using our service is optional.

Our records show that your Global Entry application has received conditional approval. The interview is the next required step before a final decision.

Your cancellation concerns also need to be addressed separately. Please email immigration@globaltraveler.us.com with “Trustpilot – Milagros Leon” in the subject line so we can review both purchase records and cancellation requests, as well as help with any outstanding interview arrangements.

TSA PreCheck name omission

My TSA PreCheck name does not match either my Birth Certificate or Drivers license. They were given a State"certified" Birth Certificate which contains 'Jr' after my name but omitted the Jr on my final TSA paperwork. I've emailed them several times with no response. I'm 90% blind in one eye and flying to NJ on Feb 5th. Also called 407-641-3729 which is in their paperwork. previously and today. The recording says you're #2 then #1 and please stay on the line. At exactly 5 min 18 seconds on ALL attempts, the call is terminated by them

I have had it for several years and travel across the Mexico border often. I am very frustrated. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you

My experience so far with Global…

My experience so far with Global Traveler on line renewal application has been very good. There was some questions that came back in email shortly after I submitted my application. I answered the questions and two more questions followed up and I answered them with no issues. This all took place within 4 business hours, which is well beyond my expectations. I wish the rest of our government organizations would be this efficient.

It is very frustrating trying to schedule my twin son‘s appointments for their interview. It shows the location that I chose, but when I go to click on the time, it says there are two spots available. It will not let me select the time.
I have been trying to make their interview appointments for almost a month now it would be nice if I could do it via Zoom!

Hi Shari, the application record we located in connection with your review now shows Global Entry approval.

We understand that your original concern involved arranging interviews for both of your sons. To ensure that nothing remains outstanding, please email immigration@globaltraveler.us.com with both order references and “Trustpilot – Shari Turello” in the subject line.

We can check each application individually and clarify any remaining membership or interview questions. Global Traveler provides private application and scheduling assistance; government authorities conduct the interviews and make the final decisions.

I paid fee to Global Traveler and thought it would be simple. However, I can't get the date and time slot that I need for an appointment even though I saw it on the schedule of the government website. At first, they gave me an appointment at 7PM. I asked them that I live not to close to the location so I asked for another appointment. Now, they gave me 7:30am appointment! I am still waiting to get the appointment time for an interview.

Hi Sun, our records confirm that your Global Entry application is conditionally approved. Completing the interview remains the next step before a final decision.

The issue you raised is finding a time that works with your travel distance. Please email immigration@globaltraveler.us.com with your preferred centers, acceptable dates, and earliest and latest suitable times, using “Trustpilot – Sun Costigan” as the subject.

As a private assistance company, we can help review and arrange available appointments, but we do not control the interview schedule or guarantee a specific slot. Your travel constraints should guide the options considered.

They charge you $300 for a $120 Global Services renewal. Their website appears as an official website of US government but it is now.

At least I received my renewal, so all was not lost, only $180 .

Dear Mike, your review confirms that you received your renewal, while raising a separate concern about the price and the impression that our website was governmental.

Global Traveler is a private company offering optional application assistance, independent of the U.S. government. The additional service fee pays for that assistance, rather than a higher government fee or preferential approval. Customers can apply directly without purchasing our service.

We would like to address your concern about the value and presentation of the service. Please email immigration@globaltraveler.us.com with your order reference and “Trustpilot – sweenmike” in the subject line.

I’m pretty sure this is a scam

I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I accidentally started an application but I have questions. They keep sending me emails for more information and they provide a phone number I can call if I have questions. However, I’ve called many times, sat on hold and when I’m next in the queue they hang up on me! And I’d like to know why it’s $300 instead of $120 I understand it is supposed to cost. Also the appointment times for interviews are ridiculous. I’m supposed to wait for months….. and months?

Outstanding customer service!

My experience with global traveler has been excellent! The customer service is immediate and very helpful. Once an email has been sent with questions, I get an almost immediate response with everything I needed to answer my question. 24/7. Not just during the week. I highly recommend this company for your travel needs.

60% markup not worth the services rendered

A 60% markup on the actual price of Global Entry is not worth the service rendered. I understand a service fee, but not this much.

Also, I began the renewal process on the government website (ttp.cbp.dhs.gov) and at no point ended up with this third party company. At no time in the process was I notified or informed that I was leaving the US.GOV site and was shocked when I realised I have overpaid so badly. When I queried the representatives, they said they are fully transparent on their website and I should have known. However, at no time was I on their website to know this was happening.

Which makes the overpayment even more painful.
