The phone call was great, really detailed about what was needed. I talked to Levi and he was super friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything very well. It made me super excited for my trip coming up in the next year and I can't wait to find out more and get it all sorted!

I paid around $3,000 to help set up my working life overseas, expecting guidance, structure, and practical support with the transition. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of what was promised.

In reality, I ended up doing everything myself—from arranging accommodation and job leads to sorting out essential logistics—with little to no meaningful assistance or direction from the company. Communication was limited, and when support was provided, it was vague and not particularly useful.

For the amount charged, I expected a far more hands-on and tailored service. Instead, it felt like I was largely on my own throughout the entire process. While the idea behind the service is good in theory, the execution did not reflect the cost or the expectations set at the outset.

Overall, I would not recommend this service based on my experience, as I did not receive the level of guidance or support that was advertised.

The booking and contact process has been very quick and easy with a lovely and helpful crew, notably Nicole my trip coordinator who has been nothing but kind and shows a genuine interest in getting to know me and helping me to achieve a trip of a lifetime. Like mentioned before, the booking process is spectacular and I find that it is so far a great value of money.

This travel company is an absolute scam. They were unable to find me work that was supposed to be part of my working holiday. Received a partial refund as a result and ended up returning to my home country. Then tried to request refund for my travel insurance after only being in the country I was supposed to complete my working holiday for three weeks. Didn’t even receive a refund for half of what I paid for my travel insurance. They kept making excuses for why it was difficult to find job matches but they encouraged me to quit my job and move to another country during the slowest time of the year, when it’s most difficult to find a job. I definitely would not recommend them. Stay far away if possible. I made the mistake of using them and regret it so much.
