I purchased an electric scooter for my…

I purchased an electric scooter for my 6 year old and have had nothing but issues. A replacement battery was sent out to me and after removing the old battery, noticed that the battery was repaired with glue. Surly this is not safe? I am still waiting for a response from customer services after 2 weeks as yet again the battery is not working…..

Very disappointed

My daughter got her scooter for Christmas which was not even 2 months ago and rear wheel stopped working with no reason. I messaged company and received reply that they won’t take responsibility for it as wheels are not under their warranty. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. I don’t recommend to buy scooters from them if you want your child to enjoy their present for long time.

Update:
I purchased new wheel because they didn’t want to cover that. And while waiting for it i installed new wheel from different scooter and after 3 days/one ride this wheel broke as well. After this they still want me to test on 3th wheel to “see” if this one will broke

I had an issue with my recent order due…

I had an issue with my recent order due to delivery information on the website. At the time of purchase, delivery was stated as 1–2 working days, and between 24th December and 2nd January there were three working days, yet my order was not dispatched during this time.

I contacted customer service politely requesting a refund of the delivery fee due to this delay, however this was declined.

I have since requested information on the refund/returns process as I now wish to return the bike and helmet, but unfortunately I have received no response.

Overall, the lack of clear communication and support has been disappointing.

Would not order again.

Item arrived open with damaged packaging

Item arrived open, packaging damaged and torn in places with missing instruction booklet. I contacted customer service who didn't care and sent me a link to a PDF instruction manual. This was a birthday present for my daughter and was told I should have used their gift wrapping service to avoid the box being damaged. This is not how to run a business and treat your customers, I hope this will deter others from buying from them as I will not purchase their products again.

Zero customer service

I have a problem with the steering on the GO UP foldable scooter that I bought for my grandson. I have tired phoning the Globber contact number - it is always shut. I have emailed 3 times and after a month still no reply. There is zero customer service in the UK.

the box was already opened upon delivery

I purchased a scooter from their official website. However, upon delivery, the box was already opened, and there was no protective wrapping around the contents. Additionally, even the user manual was missing. I reported immediately but 3 days passed yet no reply is received.
