GLOBE THE WORST SERVICE I’ve EVER SEE
The worst service I've ever seen. I pay 1699 PHP for 200 MB, but it doesn't even reach 30 MB. I've been without internet for three days and no one resolves it. I've contacted the chat support several times and the service is terrible. They schedule a technician who never shows up, don't provide a service request number, and cut the call in the middle of the explanation.

Globe PH. So I have a Globe broadband, whenever there's an internet issue the only option they have for you is to have their technician visit you. I don't get it, I don't want to see your tech team. If I have a software issue, I expect someone to walk me through it from your technical support team over the phone. I do not need people coming over to check my unit when I know personally that it's not a hardware issue that I am having a problem with.

I am on holidays in the Philippines since two months now and am trying to use the globe prepaid Wi-Fi. The company seems to be a scam because it’s barely functioning and customer support seems to be non-existing.
Playing Games is impossible and for netflix it’s working if you like 144p, Instagram Videos load after about 10 Seconds and play with constant interruptions..Globe seems to be scamming people because there are no direct repercussions for them, I was aware this countries internet isn’t going to be comparable to Switzerland but this is mind boggling to me, I wonder how a company like this manages to exist and keep existing.
My „solution“ was to get a smart bro prepaid box, it’s still not working perfectly but at least they deliver what you pay for... most of the time that is.

I could write a log list of problems and bad experiences but the list would be too long.
In summary: The internet service is patchy, unreliable and slow. Their shops are utterly chaotic and disorganized. Shameful frankly. I know customer service can be slow and lacking with many Philippines businesses and even with making allowances for Typhoon damage the poorly run stores is unforgivable and goes far beyond bad. Huge chaotic queues in badly managed stores. In my opinion the worst mobile/data service across Asia Pacific. No wonder so many businesses are reluctant to operate there. Thank goodness I can go back to Thailand.
