Med en yderst passion for fashion, kombineret med drømmen om et fællesskab, hvor tøj for mænd og kvinder kulminere til et kønsneutralt brand, blev det til Globe Studios. Siden starten i august 2022, har vi holdt fast i de samme pricipper og fortsat ikke fordelt i køn, men kun i kategorier.

Bad fit, bad website, bad returning options

The fit of the the hoodie I ordered was really, really bad. I am 1.90, 80kg and ordered size L. I think me, my brother, and my father could fit together in the same hoodie side by side. When I stretch my arms, my belly button was visible.

The hoodie was 80 euro, without shipping! Also, returning cost again 7,50, with only one shipping company available (GLS), which is driving half an hour away from my home (instead of DHL, DPD etc)

The website didn’t work good. I couldn’t track my order, every time I clicked a link it opened the danish version of the website and I had tu type everything in google translate…

I was very hopeful to give a new brand a try, but sadly this was a really bad experience 😕

Tip: if your over 1.80 and under 85kg, don’t even try it 👍

Fit can be very individual, especially with oversized styles, and we understand that this one clearly wasn’t right for you. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration going forward.

Regarding returns, we would like to clarify that we offer free returns via our return portal. If you experienced being charged for a return or had difficulties with the process, that is certainly not how it should be, and we apologize for the confusion.

We’re also sorry to hear about the technical issues on the website, including language redirects and order tracking. That is not the experience we aim to provide, and we are actively working on improving this.

Never got my order

I ordered a green jacket at the beginning of September. I waited two weeks for it, but it wasn't delivered anywhere. I sent an email saying I'd specified a pick-up point, which I don't think is correct, so you were going to ship it to my address. Now, two weeks later, it's delivered in Germany?! (It should have been in Belgium) What is going wrong over there?
Anyway asked for a refund now… still waiting on response
