The lady who was working in the paint…
The lady who was working in the paint section was extremely unpleasant. We politely asked her if she spoke French or English because we needed some help. She could have simply said, “I’m sorry, I don’t speak French,” but instead, she was extremely rude in the way she responded to us, speaking in a mocking tone.
“We are in Luxembourg, and I speak Luxembourgish without any problem.” I therefore believe that a minimum level of respect and politeness would have been appropriate.
