not very friendly shop assistance…

already at the first day of a special offer it is not available. When I complain about that with the chief woman at the market in Henstedt Ulzburg ( outdoor-garden products )I did not get really friendly answers.
I had not the feeling that I am a welcomed customer.
Also the shop assistant in the garden area was not friendly: when I asked her something during she was busy I got a sharp answer: You have to wait ! I think there is space for improvements what customer relation, customer orientation means.

Nothing works in their website

Nothing works in their website. It's really full of trivial and basic bugs. Some examples. Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is announced which never arrived (yes, I checked the Spam folder). Same for the e-mail containing the code for collection, so that if you don't take a screenshot it is impossible to colect. The collection location never gets saved for items in the wishlist or in the cart, so that if you interrupt your purchase you need to redo it from start. Guys, you really need to sort your stuff out or you'll succumb to competitors.
