I can’t begin to tell you how fantastic our trip was as we journeyed through "The Footsteps of the Apostle Paul" with our Globus guide. Ourania is an exceptional tour guide! She was informational and educational, exhibiting a mastery of Greece history. She went above and beyond, to ensure that our group felt safe and made sure we had fun! We visited several different cities in seven days and she still kept her same enthusiasm. The Globus team put together a great selection of Biblical historic sites, museums, landmarks, restaurants, and hotels that helped bring the Bible alive. If we decide to visit other cities in Europe we would definitely use them again!

Our tour guide was genuine and kind and went out of her way to make sure we each had our needs met. She offered her faith to speak into the lives of the Greek population and the Footsteps of Paul. She had her Phd in archeology that made it even more valuable to hear her insights. She made the trip fascinating as she told about the rise and fall of the empires.

The itineraries were good plus we had a excellent driver and very knowledgeable tour director

Love the fact that company took care of every single detail to keep us safe and provide us with a great experience visiting many places a good, knowledgeable and caring tour director Mr. Sair. The reason I give five stars is because some of the restaurants we were took for lunch were expensive and not good food for the price in a bad neighborhoods.

Tour director was great and helpful. Lodging and meals were good. Sites we visited were amazing!

The tour was excellent, mainly due to the guidance and organization of the Tour Director, Mr. Samir Farran, who has deep knowledge of the Catholic history and the region in general. He gave us all the details and time, and definitively exceeded expectations in terms of dedication to us. He treated us as family members. His personal values and dedication are out of the ordinary by far.

I enjoyed my trip overall, because I made the best of it! However, Globus CUSTOMER SERVICE, needs major improvement overall. Once I booked my trip with Michelle, she seemed to be gone... I placed 2 calls to her & I am still waiting for her to return my calls... A week before my departure & due to the issues happening in Israel, I was concerned & called Globus. The woman with whom I spoke, seemed ignorant to any relative issues that could affect MY SAFETY, that did not make me feel good at all. Luckily everyth8ing went smooth.
The tour guide in Israel YAIR was OUTSTANDING!!! The tour guide in Jordan ELIAS, should NOT be freelancing for Globus, he hardly explained issues, did not use headsets; therefore, there were times when we not all could hear him & it seems that everyday, he was in a rushed to drop us off at the hotel, as he was always too busy taking PERSONAL PHONE CALLS (I do have photos of him on his phone) & he did not join us for our last dinner, like Yair did.

The places visited were all good.
The tour was well-organized.

Fabulous experience with small group doing the Camino We had a fantastic guide Alex who supported us and cheered us on each day. 7 ladies in our group and we all bonded like susters

We enjoyed the itinerary, the accommodations, our guide and bus driver.

What an amazing trip. Our guide Tzachi Kolimbus was a walking encyclopedia of history and religion along with local culture. Our driver Shi was also amazing despite “busmageddon” traffic multiple days. The schedule was updated as we went to try and get us to places before the massive crowds. We walked a ton and learned so much that it will take months to digest it all. As one person in our tour said it is like we were reading the Bible in black and white before and now it’s all in color. Amazing experience. On a side note, whoever is reading this…if there were any people who complained about this trip I would advise you to take it with a grain of salt as there were many things that were completely out of our tour guides, driver’s, or Globus’ control I.e., weather, traffic, and length of time to get through exhibits due to crowds. All part of the experience and the millions of people who want to walk where Jesus walked.

The tour was well organized and orchestrated.
The tour guide Mr Ossie was absolutely wonderful!!!!!!! If a glitch came up he took care of it without worry to his group. He knew the customs and how to weave in and out seamlessly. Mr Ossie made sure you saw all the marvels on the tour. His tour brought out his love and respect for his country.
The driver Isaac was a master at getting us in and out of tight spaces and would have us as close as possible to most entrances.
They were a dynamic duo to say the very least.
We all knew and felt we were in good hands for the entire trip.
The hotels were wonderful at feeding large numbers but we're not quite ready for tourists in other areas. No bar staff, air-conditioning not on yet, pools not open, bell staff lacking. The rooms were clean and nice in all the hotels.
Absolutely loved ever minute of this tour and would recommend it to all who were interested.

Experiencing archeological sites was awesome. Dining on the food grown in the region was great. Knowledgeable guide and driver made for a pleasant experience. A box lunch at noon would have satisfied us just as well in our opinion. The pace was correct for our group size. Too many churches.

The tour was amazing and our tour guide (Samir) was phenomenal!! He made the trip even more amazing! The country was so beautiful and there is so much historical significance, religious sites, and interesting places there!! The cuisine was very good and the culture, history, and beauty there was just fantastic. Definitely going back again and recommend this company!

It is well-planned, and the route is very organized. The tour Guide & driver are both very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I really, really enjoyed my trip to Israel. Our guide Samir is a true professional. We felt completely safe with him and because of his intimate knowledge of his country, he provided a knowledgeable experience that I will cherish forever! He looked out for us and he knew a lot of friendly people that welcomed us with open arms. Carol from Cosmos was also a true professional and she really cared about our concerns. Carol kept us up to date and provided us with the information that we needed. Thanks again and I will be going back to Israel some time in the future.

The guide and the driver were extremely professional

Visited lots of places as promised. But a tour is really enjoyable if you have the best tour director and driver, making sure you're enjoying this experience. Our tour director and driver are both excellent and very accommodating.

Cosmos staff goes above and beyond the usual expected from a tour to make your journey pleasant. A change in the schedule if it happens being solve so smoothly it's hardly remembered .this is my first experience with that company as an avid traveler it would not be the last.Never juge a book by his cover.
