Three weeks and nothing

Three weeks and nothing. They have not shipped product that was "in stock." Only reached out after one week to offer me their inferior house brand part and when I politely refused that was it. Ghosted. Don't pick up calls, don't reply to text line, hopefully they check their email.... What a terrible business.

Asking for drivers license pictures is bad

Sounds like they are collecting gun owners data for a registry of some sort. I have ordered (attempted to) twice from them and both times got a copy/paste letter telling me to send them a picture of my drivers license and my credit card. This is a business purchase and with a business account. When I told them no, but offered to send my FFL to them they refused and said they still wanted a copy of my drivers license. Why would a company need this if they werent keeping a database of gun customers. Very alarming. I am wondering where this info is going or if they are the ATF running a store. There is a reason they wont take a FEDERAL license, but wanted pictures of other data.

Angry customer

I ordered a part. There were 3 boxes to choose the part number. I Clicked the box I wanted. I should have read every line in the order. Becausae the order was not the part I needed. It was a different option box on the page. I made contact, got approval to return. I did everything they asked to get the correct part. I paid for return shipping. They then charged me return shipping to get the correct part. They would not bend on the return shipping. The total shipping cost was more than the part. BS. I had one previous experience with these people, and it too was negative for me. I will not be dealing with The Glock Store again.

Poor, poor customer service

I have placed two orders with the Glock Store, and I've no complaint about the product. Does what it claimed to do. But their customer service isn't very good. They are very slow to ship, I mean a couple of weeks or more and they have all sorts of excuses. #2 I had a problem with a defective screw on an item. They never responded to 3 emails over the period of a couple of weeks. I finally had to call and text and that wasn't easy. I don't believe they are willing to hire enough help. When I finally got someone they wanted to argue about how many emails I'd sent!! Like ignoring two was ok but three was over the top. They just are a difficult company to deal with and you can probably find better.

Don't use Glock Store. Horrible Customer Experience!

The Glock Store doesn't even deserve a one star. I sent My slide and when I recieved it back, all was okay until I went to check if was zeroed. It was way off. I took the firearm to My gun smith and it turned out My Holosun 508T which the glock store installed was defective. I reached out to them for replacement and they pushed Me off to call Holosun for Warranty. They didn't even care that I only had the optic for 1 week. Now I've been waiting for holosun to process My Warranty for over 2 weeks. Still don't have a working optic! Never gonna use or recommended this company to anyone!

Zero communication from the company…

Zero communication from the company about an online order I placed that still hasn’t been updated (over a week now). The site says that they are backlogged with shipping orders and there is a date that they are “picking from” on the homepage. This date doesn’t exist at least on mobile versions of their site. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from them, do yourself a favor and buy from a different company.

Customer service won't refund money

Customer service won't refund money. Ordered 2 9mm magazines which turn out to be defective. The feed lips are so small no 9mm ammo can be loaded into them. Giving me the worst song and dance with all kinds of requirements which I fulfilled ,until they told me to make and upload a video of me trying to load the mags. The tel is never answered. Only a recording.

Low quality for ridiculous prices

Sold me a junk ass part and I returned it in less than 30 days, (as their website asks) and it showed right back up to my front door. The customer service is awful. The product is awful, and I’m just trying to get my money back and get rid of this junk they sold me for 200$. Do not buy their pyramid triggers or anything from this site. Misleading and just go to a real gun or Glock store! Lenny McGill is a fraud.

Glockstore sold me 2 mag extensions

Glockstore sold me 2 mag extensions. I returned them, they do not issue a refund until they receive the item. I sent them a package by usps. Weighed, tagged and shipped. Once the item was delivered, they never wrote me. I reached out to them only to find out they are telling me they received an empty box.. usps confirmed the delivery date, weight and non tampered box. Glockstore refuses to refund me my $86. I will never buy from them again.

Worthless Trash.

Purchased $300 in parts from them, but didn't install them right away. When I did get around to installing, one part was bent and had rust on it. I installed it anyway and low and behold it didn't work right. The part in question was the slide stop lever, which is something like $12 on their website. I contacted them and the customer support was terrible. First I used their text service, and they couldn't even do that politely, the texts were rude and condescending. They refused to help me. After that I called and after waiting on hold for an eternity, I got someone on the phone. THIS PERSON ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THE SLIDE STOP LEVERS AND PEOPLE EITHER DON'T USE THEM OR BEND THEM TO TRY TO MAKE THEM WORK! Why do they even sell the part? This guy also told me they couldn't help me because it had been six months since the order, but he did say he would speak with a supervisor and promised to call me or email me back. Unsurprisingly, I never received either. Shame that's not the end of the story. Afterwards I had feeding issues, so I returned the weapon to stock one piece at a time, and eventually found out the firing pin was the problem, the stock one works fine. I'm not contacting them again about this, they've already wasted enough of my time and stolen my money for parts I can't trust my life with.

Wait time too long to speak with an agent. Got disconnected part way through and no one called me back. Wait time the second time was shorter but left with bad taste in my mouth because I need to pay for shipping for parts that didn't fit. Not likely to order again.

Super Heavy Tungsten Guide Rod (JUNK)

If I had my way I would give Glock store parts a negative 5 stars. I purchased a super heavy tungsten guide rod for $89.95 for a Glock 22 Gen 5, after 13 months and approximately 1000 rounds later it's protruding 1/8" from the lower. I called the Glock store and was told the warranty is good for 12 months and I'm out the money. I've shot Glock pistols for over 30 years and never had a failure up until now with after market parts sold by Lenny McGill, his word is no good just like the junk he sells.
Do NOT purchase his substandard parts.

I paid $619.82 to have my Glock cut to accept a Holosun Optic that I also paid Glockstore for. They did not even test the Optic and it does not work! They refuse to do anything. I am starting to understand why they left their San Diego for back East because they are totally dishonest. My advise is that no one deals with Glockstore unless they want to be cheated.
