Nice products, quick delivery. I ordered a Glocusent Bookmark Style Reading Light directly at Glocusent instead of some other shop selling Glocusent products to get latest model and color not available at other webshops. Had to be shipped to the Netherlands, but received it 3 days (!) after ordering. Very happy with that.

I bought the Upgraded Rechargeable LED Neck Reading Light and the Horizontal ET-head Amber Book Light with CRI 95 for Book Lovers. The products are exactly as described in terms of dimensions and function. The fabrication is high quality. There was an issue with the delivery but the customer service was outstanding, they made every effort to resolve it successfully.

These lights are great! I have a couple of book Lights that clip onto the book but they need constant adjustment. These lights are very comfortable to wear — even when worn reclining — and cast light exactly where you want it. I also find them useful just walking around the house - don’t need to put lights on in every room. they’re great task lights and come in handy when I’m bringing things in from the car - they free up my hands so I can carry more. The intensity of the light is Adjustable and the model I have has a 30 minute timer on it. Highly recommend.

Glocusent has great products and amazing customer service!! I got a coupon code awhile back & ordered a Wingy Book Light. After buying that first light, I’ve bought 3 more Wingy Book Lights & 2 of their Bookmark lights as a gift. I use my Wingy Light everyday & love them!! I recently had to contact customer service to get 1 replaced (all their products come w/a 36 month warranty). I received a reply the next day, Issa the customer service representative I spoke with was extremely friendly, helpful, & had a replacement light sent w/in 2 days. I was very happy with my experience & have been even happier w/all the Glocusent products. I will continue to be a customer. I highly recommend Glocusent especially the Wingy Boom Lights!!

This neck light is better than I’d hope for❣️
Very thin behind the neck & very light & comfortable.
The lights on both sides can be moved in any direction so I can aim the light exactly where I need it.
It has 3 different light settings & an automatic timer I can click to automatically turn off in case I fall asleep while reading.
I use it mostly for when I crochet & do bead work, it helps so much I don’t know how I managed without it…😂
It’s rechargeable & the battery lasts a long time.
I highly recommend this product❣️

Had an issue where my order shipment was stuck in transit for 2+ weeks, but customer service quickly resolved it when I told them about it by sending me another order immediately!

For a legally blind person like me, this light is life altering. It’s NOT just for reading books, which I can’t do! I can see my kitchen counter better, and my keyboard. I put it on to go to the bathroom in the night to prevent a fall, and out to dinner in dark restaurants, I can now see the menu! Walking through a dark parking lot is a lot safer now with it. This light brings a whole new level of freedom for the blind. Only 10% of us are totally blind. The other 90% of us need this light! Its ME, with headlights!

Was delivered quickly - works great - don't have to hook on a book light

Excellent product, I recommend it to everyone. Great for reading in bed and knitting in dark places. I have even used mine sitting outside in the dark.

I ordered a clip-on lamp for my wife for reading in bed. She loved it, and used it on/off for a year or so, then it suddenly wouldn't turn on. I thought perhaps there was a small step we were missing (like you have to hold the button).
With very little hope of actual assistance, I sent an email to the support people at Glocusent, and was surprised to quickly receive a note back (from Issy) with some helpful hints, and I tried those. But unfortunately our lamp stayed dark. I responded to Issy's note to let them know that it wasn't working. They requested some simple proof of ownership (like a phot of the lamp), and promised to replace the nonfunctioning lamp.
And today I received a working model.
This company has done everything right, in my opinion: genuine efforts to troubleshoot, coupled with thoughtful responses, and a desire to make things right.
I'll be ordering another of these lights for myself. And I highly and gladly recommend this business to others.

I’ve been using these reading lights both during airplane flights and during the evening at home. They work really well. Especially with the brightness options.

It came quickly. It does what I want it to. And it's very lightweight.

I contacted them through email as I was having trouble with my neck light flickering, I wanted to know if it was possible to replace bulbs.
They contacted me promptly and asked for a video and my address, unfortunately the light had completely failed when I tried to switch it, I contacted them again to explain, they just asked for my address and said they'd send a replacement.
I can not fault the service
I would definitely recommend and will definitely use in the future. Excellent service.

This has been my favorite purchase for reading. I bought this on Amazon back in January in 2023. The Glocusent Bookmark USB Rechargeable Book Light (A15) is what I ordered and it works WONDERFUL! The different settings and battery life on it?!! Amazing! My only complaint was that my light was no longer staying up and kept falling. After speaking to someone from customer service they are fixing my issues right away. Really wonderful service.
