If I could give zero stars, I would. The product didn’t work at all, and even though they advertise a money‑back guarantee, they don’t tell you that you have to pay for return shipping. I’m in Bakersfield, CA and the return cost was $33 — definitely not worth it. Just a heads‑up for anyone considering this product.

Ordered the LED Face Mask in late November for my wife (order #108672). Now the USBc charging receptacle on the mask has failed. I called customer service and the rep (Emily, who was polite) told me that the 90-day warranty had expired. Well, it has been 4 months since the item was shipped, somewhat less sine it was received. I asked her if they might do an exception and was told "no". I then asked if I could order a replacement part and was told "no", they don't sell parts. I then asked if a supervisor was available to speak with me...again "no". I asked if I could leave a message for the supervisor so that I could get a return call within a couple of hours before writing a negative review and the rep did take the message. Haven't gotten a callback.
Overall, my takeaway for now is that the product is apparently cheaply made and the company is not very concerned about negative customer experiences!
Update (3/26): Customer service contacted me after my previous review and, after asking me to send a video detailing the problem, notified me that are sending a replacement mask at no charge.

I have had my mask for less 6 months. It was purchased September 25, 2025. I have only used my mask a handful of times, and it has stopped working and charging. I emailed the company directly to ask for a replacement, and they said the following:
“Based on our records, your order was placed on September 15, 2025.
Our return policy allows returns within 90 days from the delivery date. Since the order is now outside of that timeframe, we’re unfortunately no longer able to process a return, refund, exchange, or store credit for it.“
Don’t waste your time or money. The product is trash. Sad, I had high hopes!

I bought this red light facemask for my daughter after a local dermatologist told me that red light therapy actually does produce good results. About 3 months after purchasing, something happened to the charging port; it seems to have broken internally and won’t accept the charging cord. I emailed Customer Support this morning. Lou promptly replied to me. I had to send a short video of the operation of the mask and the problem she was having. It is now only about 6 hours since I first contacted GloKore about the problem and I just got an email that a replacement mask will be on the way shortly. That kind of customer service is amazing. Thank you Lou for being a great “ambassador” for your company. I’m usually dubious of Internet purchases but GloKore is one I’ll gladly buy from again.
