I had really high hopes for these products, but unfortunately, they just didn't work out for me. I have sensitive skin, and I ended up having a reaction after using them.

That being said, don't let my experience discourage you from trying them for yourself. I've seen some amazing results from other customers, and everyone's skin responds differently.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. I reached out through both DM and email regarding my issue, and both messages were answered within just a few hours. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding. I was also able to receive a full refund without any hassle.

While the products weren't a good fit for my skin, I definitely appreciate the excellent customer service and how quickly they resolved my concern.

I have been using Glo Melanin for almost 3 years now and it has been heaven sent. I love how their products make my skin feel and the glow it brings out. I recently did my every 2-3 month order and accidentally put the wrong address on the order and reached out to the team to see if the address could be changed. They responded within reasonable business timeframe and instantly took care of my issue, though my order had already shipped I was i formed by Rio that they issued a replacement order as they unearthed mistakes can happen and wanted to ensure i received my order. What made my Experience even Greater than Expected was there Customer service rep.,( RIO) Went over and beyond on satisfying the needs of the consumer. As someone with very sensitive skin i can say Glo Melanin is a very good skin care brand. Especially for people with colored skin. If i’m being honest their products have helped my skin a lot, and i noticed results fast! I ordered through tiktok shop and the shipping is fast and free! They also offer a 30 day money back garuntee in case the product isnt what you expected or just doesnt work out for you, although im sure it will! If you need any help regarding your order or have questions just reach out to them and they will reply fast. Rio is very kind, understanding, and has excellent customer service. Awesome product, bought the lip balm for smokers lip after seeing the ad on ig, I threw in a turmeric soap. The lip balm is amazing could tell the difference between this and the other chapsticks immediately. Turmeric soap feels goood on skin, smells good. I can see some brightening of usually dull parts of my face (around the mouth area). Shipping was fast, nice I could track in Apple wallet.

Can’t wait for my next order. This will totally be recommended and gifted to my trans bros this holiday as a self care package during our journey.

When I received my order one of my items came damaged and had spilled all over the box! I reached out to customer service and the response was speedy genuine and kind! Elyka helped with the process of getting a new face wash right away! So far I’m loving the other products are amazing the chapstick keeps my lips moisturized and the face cream is light and moisturizing as well !
