Scumbag of a company. Almost 3 months on, they are still delaying sending me my modest winnings because they cannot verify me STILL! Sent every piece of documentation request multiple times over and they still sit around like brainless orges.
No doubt they'll respond to this doing their fake apology and explain that they'll try and work with me to sort it but they won't. Hope the owner and employees all suffer misery

As you can understand, like all reputable operators in our industry, we are required to complete regulatory checks to verify a customer’s details at different points in their journey with us.
This does require us to request various types of documents that must meet both our internal standards and that must also ensure we comply with all our regulatory obligations; Without your cooperation with these documents the process cannot be completed. But we will always patiently await you to submit the correct document.
