Terrible Experience - No Contact Details and Unresponsive Support
I purchased a Shopify theme Mavon from gloryio.com, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After realizing that the theme did not meet my expectations, I requested a refund. To my dismay, the company refused to process the refund and has not provided any contact details for me to escalate the issue.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there has been no appropriate response. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to assist customers is extremely concerning. It feels as though they are deliberately avoiding accountability for their products and services.
The cowards are located in Bangladesh, so think twice before you make any purchase, to avoid being scammed.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from gloryio.com to proceed with caution. Without proper customer support and communication, it's impossible to feel secure in your transaction.
