Both packages arrived pretty quickly. I have used the micro infusion thing once….it did hurt a tiny bit, I only did the corners of my mouth lines and they are healing with dry skin coming off.
I’m happy with the product. No complaints ts at all.

I placed an order and received the package with one item missing . I contacted customer service immediately via their website, and followed up multiple times since – but I have never received a single response.

It's now been several weeks, and I still haven't received the missing item or even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help.

Not full refund but I agreed to an amout and it was put in my bank today.

I ordered this product and was delivered a completely different item called Nicotinamide Lyophilized Powder Set, i was told this was the same thing but in a different box?. I refused it and was told i could return which i did at a cost to myself of £4.80. Even though i have proof of return ( day, date and time) i still have not received a refund. Nobody has bothered to contact me, when i contact them they say they have to look for the item in their warehouse REALLY????. I have now reported them to Trading Standards to see if they will look into this so called company.

I order 2 products 3 weeks ago, none of them came. I received a package with some mini travel brushes which I didn't order, I sent and email 10 days ago reporting the issue and nothing, no reply, no refund, nothing whatsoever. Terrible customer support. My order was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it's a shame that a company does this to you. Never again.

I wish I could give less than one star. I can't say anything about the product, the only thing I can say is that I have never received the product (it has been months) and I have never received a refund. I have contacted them many times and I have received many standard messages saying that my refund was processed and that I will receive it in 7-10 working days. When I managed to get an answer from a customer service member, they said that the problem had been escalated to a different team, and guess what?! No one ever got back to me. One time someone even tried to lie to me and said that the refund had been processed and that they had done everything on their end. When I asked for a proof of payment they went silent again.
