Have not received my order
Have not received my order which was placed on June 7th 2026. Have been in contact many times about this only to be told it is in transit. This is a scam, avoid ordering from here.
In response to your reply, I have emailed countless times only to be informed that my order is on its way, which is obviously not the case as it should not take two months for it to arrive. Also other people have pointed out the same issue. I just want to be refunded for this order.

SCAM - never received my parcel
It has been 7 weeks since I ordered the products and I already paid for it, but I never received them.
Costumer service stopped answering my mails. In the beginning they just told me to wait and wait and now they don’t answer anymore.

Glowing skin
I have got compliments on my skin in the days after I have used a vial. My only complaint is the delivery system. I can never get it to flow. I end up having to take the serum out and apply to my skin after the needling.
