All went well with delivery unfortunately they were purchased as a glow to my gas fire coals but the set was too big for the area we had to cover.

Super company to deal with. Extremely competitive pricing. The gorgeous cat lamp was much cheaper than other retailer and delivered super quick. Couldn’t fault the experience definitely on my shortlist of favourite online shops

Products are competatively priced and work well. There have been no mistakes made with my orders so far. I would recommended purchasing from The Glow Companny.

The homeowners at Hampson Court in Hazel Grove, Stockport in late 2022 decided that they needed to install 2 solar lighting columns to supplement the lighting in the car park. We choose The Glow Company and our House Manager purchased 2 units. In March 2024 one unit failed and was replaced. The other unit failed at the end of 2025 and so far we have been unable to get an offer of repair from either The Glow Company or the manufacturer. If you are looking for a long tern lighting solution, The Glow Company may not be a solution you will want to consider. Buyer beware.
I note the response says that the location is the cause of the failure, interesting both columns are positioned adjacent to trees, bushes and a fence although I accept one has a deciduous tree behind and one a laurel bush which is trimmed and not overhanging the column.

Great product very quick delivery would highly recommend.

Glow Candle new as described, well packaged, fast delivery & works well with batteries. Also the choices of timescale the Candle is on/off etc is very useful. Very safe compared to lighted candles.

My cousin is autistic and needed a refund due to faulty sensory items from this website and this company just decided to send them inappropriate, rude and unprofessional messages.
Completely out of order. Be aware to avoid the Glow company at all costs.

I disliked the material. I thought it would have been softer like rubber.
