Got my money back

Ordered end of July, nothing delivered. Got my money back by contacting my credit card provider and they applied a chargeback. This took only a few days.

Do not order from here!

Do not order from here!

Ordered 31/07/20 and had nothing delivered. Have emailed the customer support department multiple times, originally very nicely as I thought it was a COVID delivery situation. Only ONE reply in 3 months to say they'd send out a replacement.

I have reported to citizen's advice and trading standards and have given glowbrow clear deadlines to respond to me, which they have ignored.

I can live without the £19.99 but I'm just so annoyed people think they can treat others like this! I will never ever buy from a Facebook ad again.

Product never arrived, no communication, no refund. Do not order from them!

I purchased an eyebrow trimmer from GlowBrow in July and haven't received it. I've emailed them three times and only received one reply stating that they would send it out immediately - six weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt due to covid-19 issues but it's clear that they have no intention of sending the product. I have asked for a refund and heard nothing. Do not order from this company!

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered in July, still not received, had one email responded too, FB no response and now no page or Instagram. Nothing via PayPal dispute either. Disgraceful at any time but during the current climate this is wrong not to fulfil orders, take people's money and then ignore them. Shame on social media platforms for letting bogus companies advertise too.

Exactly the same poor experience as others…

Exactly the same experience as other customers. Bought the product in August and it didn't work. Emailed and enquired and was told I could have a refund or replacement within a few days. I wanted the product so opted for the replacement. Received nothing. Have emailed a further 4 times, finally requesting a refund, and have been ignored each time.

If I could actually give it no stars I would. It was broken on receipt. I contacted the company and they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, due to the difficult times and hoping to continue to support small businesses, I said I was happy with a replacement. This was at the beginning of August and I have heard nothing since. No replacement, no refund and no reply. Unable to leave a review on their site as they don't allow customer reviews, probably because the product is not actually fit for purpose and people would not buy it. Do not waste your money. They should not be allowed to advertise on facebook.

DONT BUY!!

cheap rubbish!...does not work. NOT fit for purpose. Broke straight away. Customer services are a waste of time. Have emailed numerous times. They never respond. Asked initially for replacement, and then finally a refund...for which I have received neither. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

This product is not fit for purpose

This product is not fit for purpose, it is very cheaply made and I do not trust that it is safe to use. Total waste of money. I have tried contacting Glowbrow a few times now to get it sent back and for a refund to be made but get no reply whatsoever. Think I've been scammed :-(

Awful

I am absolutely appalled by this company. I ordered and paid for 2 of the Glowbrows and only had 1 delivered. I have messaged and emailed for over a week and have not had a response. This is not good customer service and I will be taking this to Teading Standards.

Placed an order on 29/07/2020 & still not received. Tried to contact via website & Facebook page numerous time with no response. No customer service number to call. Disgraceful that I’ve paid for goods not received & have had no contact from them.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. Placed my order with them on 25/07/20 and payment was taken yet I’ve still not received my order. I’ve tried to contact them 4 times now using email and messaging via Facebook and I just get no response.

They’ve had their last chance. If I don’t get anything from this time, I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards. It might only be £20 but that’s not the point.
