That Glowgear is a scam and they owe me $55.78 for 3 bottles of cologne I have received. The contact number doesn't work, and when I try to track it, it says waiting on info. Scammers.
Facts:
1. Delivery 6-10 days is (probably by purpose) not explained really. It could mean anything.
2. The products are sent from China. One more hidden information.
3. Customer service does not exist. Although it is promoted on the site and order email encourages just a simple reply.
Five days after my purchase I contacted them asking to cancel my order as I realised it would not arrive in time claimed. That was the only reason I made the buy. I sent two additional emails (one I am not proud of) next day. And, believe it or not, couple of hours after that I get email that the package was sent. From China.
FOUR days after that (10 days after the purchase) I get response to my cancellation request that the product had been already sent.

Parcel is in transport for enormously long time, transport company is providing misleading information. Trying to communicate with the web contact, no answer.

So far so good. Swedish company delivering from i suppose China. Glowgear head light super! Charges with usb and the light is very good. The headligths and delivery is good.I can recommend this article from glowgear.se
Scam? Probably. The company address in Uppsala does not exist, which is very suspicious. They respond to emails saying that the product is in transit from China, but after two weeks, it has not yet been delivered.
