No shipping update and no response to emails
I placed an order on March 29th and, as of today, there has been no shipping update or communication about my order.
I reached out via email to request an update and have received no response after multiple days, which is very disappointing. At this point, the lack of communication is more concerning than the delay itself.
I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customer enquiries is not acceptable. Customers should at least be kept informed about the status of their order.
I’m now seeking either a clear shipping update or a refund. If I don’t receive a response soon, I will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank.
Hoping this review prompts a response and resolution.
