Got scammed, and they only answer you until you send them your ordernumber, then they only see the messages without answering. 2 monthes since order now.

They are scammers. I ordered the kit with the interior also on January 12, 2023, and until now (18/3/2023), I haven't received my package. They are not responding to the emails. I am now sure that I am not going to take anything. They are scamming people, by taking their money with a cheap WordPress woocomerce site that anyone can build nowadays. Be careful, people; there are a lot of scammers like them out there. Try to buy a kit from eBay or Amazon, as I would suggest.

if they see this i want my money back or send prudukt order #3334. I ordered almost 5 months ago and still haven't heard anything. tried to talk to them but they are impossible. and when you have sent them something, they ignore you. strongly advise against buying anything

Installed these lights few months back and they work brilliant! The kits all one piece so you haven't got to worry about connectors or anything getting wet, the LEDs seems to be housed in a nice thick rubber case, the lights are bright enough to be seen during the day and look absolutely amazing at night! To anyone installing these I would say lay the kit out under the car first and look carefully where you are going to feed the wires they supply plenty of clips and screws I actually had some left over. The app works fine it cycles thru all the pre set colours with ease the only thing I'd recommend to the company is including a switch if your wanting to hard wire it to the battery. If not running it off a 12v source is fine just don't leave it hard wired without a switch otherwise It will drain the battery. Would highly recommend this kit!

Terrible experience. I ordered a set of neons November 30th 2022, and as of January 5th 2023, (5 weeks later), they still haven't even been shipped out. They're in the warehouse somewhere. I ordered from them in 2020 I think where everything went smoothly but my experience here is absolutely disgusting. I emailed Customer support between christmas and newyear, and they answered me 3 days later, on December 28th 2022. I answered them the next day, the 29th, and they STILL, as of Januar 5th haven't answered me. Their email on the 28th was "send your order number and I'll check what's wrong". I sent my order number the next day and a following email asking for a check-up 2 days after again, on the 31st, and then again today, January 5th, and no answer. NEVER EVERY BUY FROM THEM!
My order number i #3408, and I would like a f#&$ing refund.

Installed their new kit, and it is amazing! The modular strips make it so much easier to install without having to faff with feeding wires

Reading the reviews made me real worried that they are scams but when I ordered my kit thought about cancelling. So happy I didn’t couldn’t ask for a better underglow kit definitely worth the money and looks dope!!

I’m updating my review.
The companies communication is something to be desired and it has taken around 7 months to resolve a faulty kit, awaiting for them to send out a new Bluetooth controller. The one fitted on my kit didn’t work, so I just had a rainbow effect. The delay to one side, I have now wired in my new controller and the kit is outstanding and so worth the money, I would 100% say take the risk and go ahead with the kit, since seeing mine in action finally I have 2 friends who are going to order a kit.

The kit does not connect to the app right out the box and customer service is terrible.. I first got a message back from them on 25th of July, a week after contacting them and was told they would send a new module to me. Waited a month and got nothing.. contacted again and got the usual post must have lost it il send another.. Still waiting that was weeks ago.

Save your money and buy a decent kit.

Well after waiting for 2 months for the kit to arrive i went for the better autobeam kit. Still seaking a refund but customer service is terrible

Owner and his partner ( co owners) are scammers the partner has left a 5 star review below. The man and his well known pink car owns Glowkituk and knowingly sells faulty products then ignores buyers once they have addressed this. Multiple promises to send out working kits then ignores messages both privately and on the glowkit Instagram and is deleting any negative comments from the glowkit pages which I have screenshots to show - he’s flagging this review to get it removed when I am involving the police with his leaked address // car shows this man attends have been contacted regarding his scams

Lights stopped working down one side , spoke with Elisha in customer service who sent out one side that didn’t work , stayed in white spoke with her again and she told us that she would send a replacement set months later still waiting . Ignored on all platforms !! Disgraceful wish I’d have checked here before flushing £90 down the toilet. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!

The kit only worked for a couple of weeks and then half packed in. They offered a replacement kit which I accepted but it never got sent. So I asked a few times for a refund and now constantly ignored through there customer service

If I could give them zero stars I would. Kit took a while to arrive, I put that down to COVID. Tested kit before fitting and it seemed fine. Fitted it to the car, drove home and then noticed that one side was only showing white LEDs, these wouldn't change when connected to the app. The side displaying colours would only display red and green.
Sent videos to them via insta to show the issue and was asked to return the item so they could investigate, repair or replace.
Sent it back tracked delivery and they received it the next day. A week later no contact from them. Asked if they received they confirmed they had them but hadn't had a chance to look. This happened several more times before they just stopped replying all together.
Luckily I got a refund as I purchased through klarna, but if I hadn't severely doubt I'd of got my money back. Rip off merchants!

Lights are brilliant, work perfect, I’ve had these lights for over a year now, proper install and work great!

Ordered the kit and it arrived later than it should of.. kit worked perfectly and then I only got about 2 hours max light out of it until WATER got into it.. message them on Instagram and they asked for photos so I sent them, they said they will send a splice or a full kit, I opted for the full kit.. it never came. I asked about it and they said sorry we will send another (so that’s two apparently) yeah that never arrived.. they keep lying say they will give me the tracking number, they haven’t. They also said that Royal Mail will get back intouch after they tracked it, guess what? They didn’t. Just full of crap. I’m not the only one as Instagram has people tagging them in pictures with an order number but no order for weeks and weeks.

I want my refund as I’ve had a s**t bit of kit for nearly £100

I’m currently asking for a refund but they just read my messages and don’t reply.

Installed by a reputable garage, within a week half of the lights stopped working and my battery died

Took the car back to my local garage who took the glow kit off they found it had burnt out on one side, right near the fuel tank!
No replies from the company apart from to say they didn’t agree with the installation charge I was asking for to be refunded
Luckily we paid through Klarna who also had as much problem getting through to them they just ignore people we ended up with a refund of Klarna

Trading standards next, we have the faulty item clearly this company have total disregard for people’s safety and once the product fails they just ignore you

Can’t find away to contact company, the kit worked in 2 months. All instal corectly.. now it won’t even turn on. Don’t buy from this company!

Purchased as a Christmas present but waa advised not compatible. Emailed the company but no response.
