Bad company
I ordered on the 25th of April.... Glowliving failed to deliver the products or refund my money I lost more then 100 euro. Awful company. Doesn't respond to my mails.

AVOID SCAM - no product, no money back
This is a scam, they never send any products just take the money and run with it. Beware of them and rather use amazon or other recognised shops. I learnt it through the "hard way".

Don’t order
Ordered on November 21, no information on delivery was provided. After contacting the site, I got explanation on Dec 2 about delayed delivery from Warehouse and expected delivery next week. Today on Dec 20 there is still no information on the order delivery status. Do not order from this site!

Beware
I am usually very careful when buying on the internet, and this page seemed fine and had great prices. However, don't repeat my mistake and fall for good prices and a nice website
The first red light should have been when they advertised PayPal but it is not actually offered on checkout - now I can see why.
After my payment, their phisical address dissapeared from their web page and only a telephone number (UK based) is on the page.
Out of three emails, they replied to only one. They are not reacting to my request for a refund.
Morover, I think that my ordered goods will not be delivered as it is now more than two weeks with the "processing" status.
Beware.
Edit: I initiated chargeback with MasterCard and finally after 2 months recived refund. Be careful.
