Ordered new batteries as the old ones gave up. They were super helpful getting new ones to me on a Saturday delivery so we could night ride. Great service and great lights.

Great service, battery rain waterproof.
Great service, great light and I like to support this product. Only 3 stars because my battery pack got water ingress from riding in the rain, which is frustrating because thats normal riding conditions in Invercargill.

A great adaptable light interms of light-spread pattern. I like the new battery and power remaining display - also mounts easier to the top tube.

very poor design
Light quality is good, poor design renders the light inoperable,
the control button is small and very difficult to operate with gloved hands,
the usb charging port gets moisture in it on those wet days, if its not completely dry, you burn the light circuitry out when charging, $250 gone in one rainstorm.
front rubber over the lens is flimsy and needs to be fastened down with plastic tape as if it falls off the light shines in your eyes

Best view of trails at night.
This is my second light from Gloworm. I liked the first so much that when it can time to replace an older light I replaced it with a Gloworm.
