Thank you for your feedback, though we’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.

The product sent was not expired, but it was short-dated - still well within the recommended usage period. To resolve this, we offered a free return with a full refund or a 50% refund if you preferred to keep it. You chose the latter, and this was processed promptly.

However, at this time, you had already initiated a chargeback for more than the product’s full value, despite accepting a refund. You also requested a free return label for the product, but unfortunately, the item was never returned to us. Please note, refunds cannot be given until the returned item is received by us; in addition, refunds cannot be processed when an active chargeback is in place.

We always want to keep our customers happy, and aim to resolve issues fairly and with understanding, but in this instance, the situation has been misrepresented. We're happy to discuss it further if you’d like to reach out directly.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, all customers receive an automated tracking email once their order is sent out. If you did not receive it, this was due to your inbox either bouncing the email or filtering it into spam. Once you reached out, we promptly provided the tracking details to ensure you had access to them. Additionally, review reminders are sent automatically by Trustpilot and are not manually controlled by us.

As outlined in our Delivery Terms & Conditions, which all customers agree to at checkout, international shipping times can vary and can be further affected by customs procedures - factors beyond our control. Whilst delays of this nature are uncommon, we recommend referring to the tracking details provided and following up with your national postal service for further updates.

Your parcel remains in transit, and as previously advised, we recommend referring to the tracking information provided for the most up-to-date status.
