Efficient customer service and v satisfied with product efficiency so far.

What can I say, shocking experience, 8 business days & item still hasn’t been shipped! Numerous emails unanswered, no reply from direct message queries on their website! Will never use this Company again!

Emailed this company to find out how to register guarantee and to find out the grade of stainless steel used in the pod. Not one email has been replied to.

Product arrived quickly and cleans retainers very well everytime. However, this appliance does not remove the staining on old retainers, which have continued to get worse (cleaned but very discoloured).

I bought this for my son but I also have night retainers so decided to give it a try, my retainers are 2 years old so have some stains even though I clean them in bright shine every 2 days, in all honesty they look no different. My sons retainers are only 1 month old so are still really clean so when I done his they come back up sparkling, I wouldn't recommend these for old retainers but for new ones most definitely

Best way to clean my retainers , I should have bought one months ago much better than cleaning tablets . Would highly recommend

Received my glow up as a present from a friend, sadly my glow up stopped working after a couple of uses, I contacted the company and they quickly sent me a new one which was delivered in a couple of days, brilliant customer service! I am very happy with the product. Quick delivery. I have used it once so far and it did an amazing job restoring my retainers to 'clear'. Very happy that this product will help me keep them in good condition. Easy to use and clear instructions.

My husband has had his retainers for 5 years and the plastic had became cloudy, a few times in the Glow Up and they are back to looking brand new.

The device is much noisier than expected and it just does not clean as well as the company advertises.

Ordered the product and received tracking number promptly, the shipping was quick which I was pleased about as I was really excited to try out this device, I’d seen a Facebook ad so I was a little skeptic about it at first. But the dental genie works wonders on my retainers that I wear every night. I pop them in once every other day on the 5 minute cleaning cycle which keeps them fresh and odour free! Great bit of kit I would highly recommend!
