Words cannot express how grateful I am to have gone through the my Level 5 Operations Manager training with GLP. The rich academic resources GLP have is accurate and up to date. From the start GLP provided us with clear structure and realistic milestones, breaking complex modules into manageable tasks. I am delighted to recommend my tutor Vernon Littley who guided me through my course. Vern is a Legend and I reiterate that he is indeed a legend. His expertise, encouragement and practical approach were instrumental in my achieving Distinction. Vern's feedback was consistently detailed, constructive and prompt, helping me to improve my critical analysis. His master class lectures were interactive, drawing all other course participants into action. This collaboration with my course mates assisted and directed me to gain more real world operations experience to make the theories studied relevant. GLP course details reflected and they shared useful templates and resources and modelled best practice approaches to leadership, performance management and continuous improvement. i was lucky enough to just finish my apprenticeship with this company i had nothing but first class training nothing was to much and time was taken to show me on things i did not get or was new to my trainer Chris Lewis was nothing but amazing nothing was to much bother and nearing my end point when i had questions he would answer my calls when i did not have a session booked his knowledge was and the way he taught for me was amazing he really is a credit to the company

I Got my APM Project Management Qualification with GLP Training and the entire experience was great. Kelly my tutor was supportive and knowledgeable throughout and made the learning process as seamless as possible.

A company that excels in training, everyone involved is friendly and helpful. Both theoretical and practical aspects are delivered in an instructive easy to follow process.

I had completed my course L5 Operational Manager with my tutor Chris Lewis. It was a great time of learning as Chris give the most of him to make sure I understand and learn. His patience has help me a lot. I'm really thansfull for all his support during my learning time.

I have just previously passed my L3 Business and Administration apprenticeship, I cannot recommend GLP Training enough. My tutor was Chris Lewis and he has been so supportive all the way through. Chris was always there for extra calls and training if needed and always put me at ease with any worries i had. If it wasn't for Chris i don't think i could of done it. Thank you so much again Chris for everything i now have a qualification that has opened up many doors for me and new career prospects.

I thoroughly enjoyed completing my Team Leading Supervisor apprenticeship. It has been a great experience that has helped me gain valuable knowledge, build my confidence, and develop skills that I use every day in my current role.

I joined the level 5 operations management apprenticeship in September 2024 and had a tutor called Robert Blyth. Before starting the apprenticeship i had just been promoted to a manager so was unsure what to expect I decided to try an apprenticeship through my work to help my skills grow and to be the best manager for my teams. This apprenticeship wasn't easy but was so rewarding the new techniques that I learned has helped not only myself but the teams I support. This apprenticeship has given me fresh ideas, developed my skills and has grown me not only as a manager but as an individual. Non of this would of been possible without the GLP training provider and Robert who helped me throughout and picked me up when I felt like I couldn't do it anymore. With this support I was able to pass my end point assessment with 2 distinctions which I never though I would achieve. I highly recommend GLP if you are looking to take the new step in your journey and if your lucky to get Robert Blyth as your tutor you will be sure to succeed.

Great course learned a lot, Rich was a great tutor. Much more confident on the trowel now.

I recently completed a level 5 L&D consultant/business partner apprenticeship with a Distinction grade. I would not have been able to achieve this without all of the training and support from Kelly.
Kelly made each session interactive and engaging as well as relevant to my current role and what I was working towards. I've gained so much knowledge and confidence throughout the apprenticeship and always felt so supported.

Just done a 3 week course, and what an experience, all trainers and workers are lovely and make you feel welcome, comfortable and ANDY what a star of a trainer BBOOMMSHACKKK!

GLP Training and, specifically, Vern Littley were incredibly supportive in helping me achieve a Distinction grade for my Level 5 qualification. Vern scheduled lots of one on one time to answer follow-up questions following taught sessions and was highly communicative during Gateway to help me feel prepared for my End Point Assessment.

Overall an excellent training company which fully supported my needs and delivered everything I had envisaged, can't help but give recognition to my tutor Vern who was very supportive throughout all of the training.

Robert Blyth was an incredible tutor! He has helped me gain a lot of knowledge within the apprenticeship which has contributed to my role. I’d like to thank him for tutoring me and helping me achieve a double distinction.

The support received by David Hannon-Homer (FM tutor) and Trudi Hannon-Homer English & Maths tutor has been better than I could have hoped for during my 12-months apprenticeship with GLP. David in particular has been a has been fantstic and he is extremely reliable and dependable. Thanks for all your time and efforts.

David at GLP training has been brilliant throughout my apprenticeship. Very approachable and encouraging. The admin team have also been really helpful when I had a change in circumstances. Thank you to all at GLP training for making my apprenticeship experience such a good one.

My experience was great because the course was well structured, practical, and easy to follow. Chris was an excellent trainer — very clear, supportive, and made the sessions engaging and relevant to real work situations. GLP does a great job of turning leadership and supervisory skills into simple, useful tools you can actually use at work. Overall, a very valuable course.

Having little confidence when I first started my level 5 higher national diploma, I received excellent coaching from all my tutors and was supported with extra learning sessions throughout to help develop me into a confident and successful manager. Couldn't have done it without GLP!
