Very bad experience
Very bad experience.
They send your parcel to the Pakke Shops far away from Your location. In the same time there are Pakke shops very close to Your adress (walking distance).
But for GLS you have to drive to another district to pick up Your parcel.
I do not recommend.
If you cannot select a destination when ordering - stay better stay away from GLS!

Terrible logistics and customer…
Terrible logistics and customer service. They took a large, heavy package to a ParcelShop instead of delivering it to my door as I paid extra just for home delivery, without even attempting to contact me first. When trying to resolve this, customer service was extremely unhelpful. Furthermore, they gave me the impression they do not care about international customers at all, as they kept replying in Danish when I was writing to them in English.poor service with waste of time and money
