Joanna knows her stuff!!!!

Amazing! Joanna knows her stuff! I’m the girl that tried all the diets out there and they all do work but the hard part is what do you do after you loose weight. Well Joana not only helps us to loose a few pounds but also teaches us how to live with food temptations because let’s face it yes we cheat sometimes during our diets.
I did this program just to learn how to fast for tissue and cell repair and let me tell you it works like miracle. I had some problems with my intestines and by fasting I was able to get rid of them and after each 24+ fast I feel like a new person. I did loose a few pounds also. Joana teaches us how to gradually train our body and mind to prep for longer fasts, she gives us hacks how to get there.
Like I said, she knows her stuff and I truly recommend her and I’m so grateful she opened my eyes on fasting and eating healthy.

Glucose Guardians is amazing

I have watch Joanna on her journey for a few years now. I have always thought she doing amazing things for herself but had always thought there was no way I could do what she was doing. She has shared bits and piece along the way. When the opportunity came up to join the beta team I was not sure I would be able to commit to the everything but thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did.

Joanna has done an amazing job of supporting us along the way, on a team level as well as individually. The weekly meeting are full of great information. Joanna has broken the information down into understandable terminology as well as into different sessions. The breakdown is perfect to not overload us with information. This has helps to be able to retain the information. There is so much information about what we are going through at this stage of our life’s as women. However the best part of the meetings is being able to share with the entire team our success as well as struggles. The team support is amazing. Joanna is doing a great job of keeping us motivated and accountable.

I have accomplished things I never thought I would with Joanna’s amazing support. I will not be the best success story for Joanna in the short 12 twelves weeks together but I will continue this journey in hopes of being one of her long terms best success stories. This life style change is sustainable and I look forward to what I can accomplish in the future with all the knowledge that this beta team has provided.

I want to share my journey with Glucose…

I want to share my journey with Glucose Guardians. You might think, “10 pounds isn’t a lot,” but at 45, losing 10 pounds in just nine weeks is a big deal—and I did it! And the best part? It feels great!!!

I was honestly so skeptical about fasting at first. .I love coffee, I love sweets, and I hate feeling hungry. I couldn’t imagine how fasting would ever fit into my busy life, especially working both days and nights. But with the help of my friend Joanna, I learned how to do it the right way—and that made all the difference.

Being part of this group taught me how fasting really works, how to fit it into my schedule, and how to listen to my body. At one point, I even got stuck and thought, “I’m not losing anything this week.” Joanna helped me realize the issue wasn’t fasting at all—I simply wasn’t eating enough! She has so much knowledge about fasting, glucose, hormones, and women’s health, and she supports you every step of the way.

What I love most is that this program doesn’t take away your life. You don’t have to skip restaurants or show up at your friend’s house with your own food. You can still enjoy yourself !!The key is learning how to adjust your fasting windows to fit your life. Some days I fast 18 hours, some 16, some 14—it all depends on my schedule, and it still works.

Thanks to Joanne and Glucose Guardians, I feel lighter, healthier, more energized (and if you know me, I already had plenty of energy! 😄), and just better overall—for myself and my family. like Joanna would say “keep fasting my friends” Thank you Joanna!!!!

Glucose Guardians

I am so glad I joined Glucose Guardians with Joanna! After just eight weeks in the program, I’ve experienced great results—I’ve lost some weight, I feel healthier, lighter, and overall great. The biggest difference for me has been not only the physical changes but also how much I’ve learned. I now understand so much more about how our bodies function, what foods fuel us best, and how to approach intermittent fasting in a sustainable way.

What really sets this program apart is the support. The weekly group connections and encouragement from Joanna and others make such a difference—it feels like being part of a team, and that accountability is awesome. My mindset has completely shifted—I now see this as a long-term lifestyle and not just a program. I’ve learned so much that I plan to continue applying everything I’ve gained even after it’s over.
