I downloaded this app and was automatically enrolled in a subscription without realising it. The subscription process was not clear, and I did not intend to sign up for a paid plan.
If you download this app, check very carefully whether a subscription has been activated before completing the setup.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app and would give it zero stars.
Appears to be a scam. No reply from the help team as yet re stopping unwanted charge. Unable to use my Apple Watch for this.
This company's services appear to be unreliable, as they do not fulfill their intended purpose. I was diagnosed as prediabetic and was seeking an app specifically designed to monitor blood sugar levels. However, I lack the resources to measure my blood sugar independently. I believe this company is deceptive and exploiting vulnerable individuals. Additionally, they refuse to issue a refund, which would allow me to purchase a legitimate health monitoring app suitable for managing my condition.
App states it monitors your blood sugar , it is only used to log your blood sugar. I was charged £29.99 for a subscription I never signed up for and now they wont refund my money .Total joke and ripoff
It is supposedly in app to monitor your blood sugar with your iPhone. when I tried it it turned out I had just the choice to add my blood sugar level measurement taken from another way! I immediately cancel the app and ask for reimbursement! Instead they have continued to charge me every month and refuse to refund ! Don’t trust them
