The product was more expensive than…

The product was more expensive than through the direct site. Shipping also took forever and it was mailed in a bubble wrap envelope. Not exactly the best choice when shipping something fragile that contains a mirror and palette that can be damaged or broken.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We take pride in our packaging but unfortunately this was shipped from our fulfilment center and was not done to our standards. We now only ship from our own warehouse to avoid such issues.
