Just don't buy from them

Just don't buy from them. It is a scum. I would not order from them, but was tempted by perks (like free Body Brush and Body Oil). Never received it. They are not responsive, and if they reply your enquiries, it would be all the time the same silly email template, which does not answer your questions. If I won't get my bank involved into the matter, they (Glyssa) would never send me main part of my order.

SCAM!! AVOID!! sneaky subscriptions, no refund

SCAM!!
I ordered the rice peel duo and which arrived and is a different product to what they show on their website and adverts, what I received was "Oceaura" rice peel duo which can be bought in the UK for £10 and Glyssa charge over £30 for it.
I then had an email a month later (after already being disappointed with the product and myself for not doing any research) that my subscription order had been placed. I immediately contacted the company to cancel the order because I did not sign up to a subscription of the rip-off product.
They didn't respond but I got an automated email saying my subscription had been cancelled. I emailed again asking that the order be cancelled and I get a refund which was again ignored.
I then asked to return the product but they don't provide shipping labels and it would cost me around £30 to send the item back to canada (even though on the package the address was for a UK warehouse).
They offered me a 50% refund which I never received.
Glyssa made an absolute mug out of me, please don't give this scam company any money.

Beware of all the hype from this Company!

I ordered the Glyssa Rice Duo that people are raving about all over social media. It was 39.95 and came with 4 or 5 different goodies! A washcloth, toner pads etc. I was super excited! It took a bit of time to come but when it did I ran it back in, opened it and used it. It didn’t seem to work as well as they showed! I was a bit confused. Then I noticed it wasn’t even Glyssa! It was something I hadn’t heard of called Oce Aura Rice Ampoule. It wasn’t the product I ordered! There weren’t any free gifts sent either! I wrote an email to the address given. To make a long story short….i have now sent three emails and still have not received any response whatsoever although they insist on their website if anything is wrong to contact them and they will make it right! I have never been so disappointed in a company before! I’m surprised by what companies get by with nowadays! I would not buy from them ever again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else!
