I bought ls2 motorcycle helmet and quality is very good and pacage arrived 5days after I ordered.

I ordered some parts on the 14. July. Some days later i asked to add an item and paid for the extra item the same day. I was happy that they could add an item to my order and it seemed like good customer service. A wrrk later they said they needed more time to deliver my items. Now more than 2 months later i still havent received my parts and I dont get any respond to my latest emails. I am worried they have scammed me by now.

Did not send the right color item, and would have been a great hassle to return it, plus there was no guarantee that they would not send the same thing. Not a trustworthy company, I will not do business with them in the future.

I ordered a steel brake line they send me a wrong color and wrong style one asked for exchange they sad only refund but i Have to pay for return, and then 2 weeks later contacted me to send the "right" one i sad no refund me no answear just the item showed up.

Bought a whole set of clothes, everything was great, there was no problem with the return, only the high cost of returning it which is done outside Ireland.

Bought a mirror for a neighbour a few months ago, easy process and excellent service. Easy website to navigate. Quick delivery.

They sent the cylinder head without piston rings, rendering the entire order useless. They offered a small refund, but that didn't solve the problem. Will not order again.

Everything was ok. One of the items from the order was a chain which in the description was stated it comes with a connecting link and there was no connecting link included when it arrived . Unfortunately there was no correct link for this chain available and I got small reimbursement back. The other item was a fuel pump which was faulty ,but for these prices it will create a lot more hassle to exchange it, so I didn’t bother .

this website is a scam

They sent me the wrong part, which caused additional damage to my bike. I returned the part and paid the return shipping costs myself.
After a long discussion, they eventually refunded the payment for the part, but they refused to cover:
The return shipping costs.
The cost of replacing the damaged parts and the related repair costs.

The part was clearly marked on their website as “fits my bike.” Based on this information, I purchased the part and installed it. However, the part was incorrect and caused damage.

The seller is now refusing responsibility and wrote:

“As a store, we are responsible for the products, not their installation. If you want a refund for the repair, please resolve the issue with the parts manufacturer, not with the store.”
I believe this is unfair because I purchased the part from the store based on their compatibility information, which stated that the part fits my bike. I also had to pay additional costs because the wrong part was supplied.

Even though the product came quickly, the quality wasn't good. It's exterior looked fine, but interior was not.

I couldn't find a jet with the right cross-section and thread for a long time. I found it on G-Moto. They delivered it very quickly. I'm happy!

The cylinder kit I ordered arrived in an unacceptable condition. One of the cooling fins on the cylinder was broken off, and the cylinder base gasket was folded in half. I have still not received any response to my complaint, nor have I received any compensation for the damage!
